This is such a scam. I paid for my daughter to attend a one day class. She said it wasn’t for her. Never signed up to complete the course but they have continued to charge my credit card. I had to close y credit card account to get it stopped. They are fraudulent Beware

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid a deposit for a class that I ultimately never attended, yet I am still being charged $400 monthly as if I signed up for some type of subscription service.

I have tried addressing the issue, but the billing continues despite not receiving the services being charged for. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to thoroughly review all paperwork and billing terms before providing payment information.

Transparency and communication regarding charges have been very frustrating in my experience.

This is such a money grab. They have unethical people getting cash from you at class then turn around and bill you over and over like a subscription you can never cancel. Don’t trust them

I feel as if I have been scammed
I am now owed 496$ times 2.
The owner I am assuming keeps saying he is refunding me yet all he keeps doing is taking money out of my account

I left and never received product and have written texts where my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded , yet he keeps charging me

​I was a member of My Spa Live for several months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. While the initial education was great, that's where the value ended.
​They promised to send clients and help me build my business, but I never received a single customer. All I did was pay high monthly fees and was forced to buy their supplies, which I later found out were significantly more expensive than sourcing them independently (e.g., Botox/Xeomin). This service is nothing but a money pit.
​To make matters worse, they charge a $210.00 fee just to cancel the membership. They claim you can cancel anytime, but they hold you hostage with this final, unethical charge.
​My Spa Live failed to deliver on every promise of business support. I strongly recommend you avoid this company.

My class has been very fun and enjoyable to attend. Can’t wait to be apart of this!

The class was not only very informative, but the instructor is amazing! She is very thorough and keeps you laughing and engaged the whole time. Definitely recommend!

i’m in the beginner course and Kasey is so great about explaining everything and the prices as a member are awesome. i am definitely signing up for the advanced injector course and recommending it to all my interested friends

Instructor is amazing. She is well spoken, easy to understand, and explains everything very well. I will definitely be taking another class.

I would give zero stars if possible. The classes are informative. But it’s the after care when they get you to subscribe to their business plan and MD coverage that you are on your own. I have emailed and phoned many times needing tech support and no response. I finally decided to quit my subscription after months of reaching out and no response. They continue to charge my card even though I unsubscribed in March 2025. I am now proceeding to call the BBB, TDLR and the Dept of Health.

Took the class and it was very positive and detailed. If you have been thinking about doing this class for a while. Stop and just do it. You will feel confident by the end of class. The instructor Casey was very detailed and knew her stuff. ❤️

This class is very informative. It gives you all the tools and education to start injecting day one. The instructor is fun and knowledgeable. Overall this is a 5 star class. I highly recommend. You even have a mentor after you complete the class. And did I mention hands on training!!!! Best Investment in myself I’ve ever made.

It was such a great beginners class. I truly felt ready by the time we left. This company offers great promos and discounts so keep your eye open for one. I like being able to break down the classes to make it more affordable for me. My only wish is that one class was dedicated to nurses because we spent a good amount of time drawing up from the vial. But honestly it’s wasn’t horrible to sit through it.
