Reading the other reviews…same exact experience. Ordered right before thanksgiving and fed the same the communication as to why it was delayed and to please not cancel as it was an American small business. Which makes this scam even worse! I got one email back from customer service informing me my order was in transit, which it has been marked as for the last 6 weeks, allegedly clearing customs? I will also be having my credit card dispute the charge and report to BBB. Horrible!

Don’t order from this company!!!!!

I ordered a cutting board and stainless steel utensils at Thanksgiving.
My order was never delivered.
The 1st email stated there was a flood in the warehouse;
2nd email stated the product was coming from out of country, at a larger cost to the company;
3rd email dated Dec.23rd stated my order was on its way and would arrive within 5-10 business days. Nope, it never arrived!!
When you use their tracking number, it takes you to an app that has 1 star reviews from multiple customers, and basically says it’s either been delivered or
will be delivered on the day you queried the tracking number.

I purchased 2 steel boards from this company back in June and received them with no issue. I placed a 2nd order early in December and it's been crickets every since! I don't know what happened but the company should definitely STOP taking orders they can't fill and should be more upfront and responsive to customer inquiries and requests. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT ORDER! I received three different reasons why my order was delayed. This included that their warehouse caught on fire. When I received that excuse, I knew it was a scam and I reversed the transaction with my credit card company. From there, they kept trying to scam. First, they told me that they had already shipped the board and to be able to have a credit from their company I would need to release the charge reversal with the credit card company. That makes zero sense. Then weeks later a new email begging me to pay them 50% of the order because they had already shipped it. Mind you I have never received the product. I wrote back telling them to give up their scam.

Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered the cutting boards on 11/19 and as of today, 1/2/25, I have yet to get legitimate tracking for the shipment. They claim that they had no stock in the USA facility, so it will ship from China, which is a total SCAM. They take weeks to get back to you and have refused to refund my money despite having requested it 5 times.

This is a total scam. They have a great website that makes you think they are legitimate!

Just like all the other reviews this company is a total scam. Will say shipping on the way and it just never arrives and you keep chasing and they say there’s a delay in production etc. I asked for a refund and they didn’t even acknowledge just kept saying it’s on the way.

They got their money, I got no product. They sent a confirmation email with a tracking number that claimed to be usps, but did not work for any carrier I was able to find.

This company is a SCAM. They are happy to take your money. I received an email saying the order is about to ship the day following making the online purchase. The email contains a link to track the order, which provides a tracking number and says the shipment information has been received. 4 days later I received an email saying the order is being custom made. 5 days after that I received an email saying the company had flooding in its warehouse causing orders to be delayed. 2 days later I received an email saying it’s taking longer to deliver because they are focused on quality. 6 days later I sent two emails/messages to the company asking for an update on the order and when I can expect to receive the goods. After two days, I have not received a reply.

Don’t order, the item doesn’t arrive. You will get lots of emails saying they are ready to ship etc etc, but you get nowhere with them.
