One of the best I've had! The perfect blend of tang and spice, goes well with any meal (although I prefer to eat it straight from the tub 😆).

I can wholeheartedly declare this kimchi to be a true masterpiece
I was recently given a pouch as a gift from a friend who told me I had to try it right away. 10x better than expected and is the first Kimchi i've tried outside of Korea that is any good. What truly sets this kimchi apart is its exceptional balance. Each element – from the crisp crunch of the cabbage to the fiery kick of the gochugaru – is perfectly calibrated, resulting in a symphony of flavors that dance upon the palate. It is a testament to the skill and dedication of Katerina, a labor of love that shines through in every mouthful.
