Nankivells Avis 

Can’t recommend this company enough, it’s our second time using Nankivell’s they fitted and designed our kitchen a few years ago and it still looks as good as it did on the day it was fitted so we had them out again to design and install our wardrobes/come dressing room. I’m a very OCD person and from the designing to the fitting (the meticulous fitter was so tidy!) I am so happy once again! In this crazy world we are living in it’s so nice to support an independent business!

Great quality kitchen and customer service, they couldn’t do enough to design the kitchen we wanted with our budget.

Excellent service from initial design meeting to final design approval. The fitting went well, they were on time, clean and tidy, trustworthy when working in our house and finished off all bits and cleaned the kitchen down when handing over to us. They also showed us how to work the appliances with us to show everything worked. They are now preparing to fit wardrobes for us now due to the professional service. If customer service means insulting, browbeating, patronising and being thoroughly unpleasant then Nankivells directors have this in spades.
Following a change of personnel at Nankavills resulted in my encountering three of the directors. One of them fitted the kitchen we had planned in detail with the outgoing member of their staff. In the event it was clear that the detailed handover was totally ignored.
I had reason to ask for five of the units to be refitted as they were not as planned. This was done but did necessitate close attention by myself and subsequent modification to function properly.
A granite worktop was chosen and very specifically requested to be cut to maximise a particular pattern. In the event this was, once again, not done as planned. I pointed this out as the now cut slab was delivered, incidentally on the wrong day. I was told the wrongly cut worktop was perfectly correct and that it was merely my opinion which obviously did not matter.
I have tried to resolve the situation with the directors but am now threated with escalating charges.
Avoid them if you want good service.

Following the response from Nankivells all I can add is this is a very narrow perspective of a complicated situation but typical of my experience of putting customers down. Glad it's all over all bills paid but never an apology.

Excellent quality wardrobes. We’ve recently had fitted wardrobes installed in 2 bedrooms by Nankivells. We had hinged door wardrobes and made to measure drawers/cupboards in a bay window and then sliding door wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom. Everything from the initial visit and design to the installation has been excellent. The fitters were punctual, professional, tidy and they worked really hard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nankivells.

We had some furniture fitted in our study. Everything from start to finish was professional and hassle free. The designer took plenty of time to give suggestions and get the details right. The fitters were polite, friendly and left the room spotless. The quality of the furniture and of the fitting is excellent.
This is the first time I have used Nankivells (I used another company for fitted wardrobes and a kitchen in the last year), but to be honest, Nankivells will be my first choice for any future projects.

This is the second time we have used Nankivells, because we were so impressed with their work the first time . We have a seperate utility room which we wanted fitting out and a couple of units adding to our existing kitchen . Paul did the design work then Chris came along and did a site survey . The design of the utility room works well and has given much better use of the space and more much need cupboard space. The additional units in the kitchen blend in perfectly. Tom the installer was a pleasure to have on site and did a lovely job for us .

This company send a designer/draughtsman who listens to what you want and suggests alternatives that you might want to consider,then designs what you decide.
A truly professional experience in a relaxed approach, designed to make you get what you want.
The fitters follow up and install your order, they do the job as required and leave after cleaning up after they have finished, you would not know they have been.We have used this company five times and would recommend them to all.

Good planning, Excellent installation of a new kitchen with the various tradesmen arriving on time, We are very pleased with the result.

We used Nankivells around 5years ago to have fitted sliding wardrobes and drawers in our main bedroom. The service, quality and price were second to none. We had shopped around all the other local suppliers and these were by far the best quality and price. Recently we purchased a property to move my elderly disabled parents into and I didn't hesitate in returning there. I didn't bother to shop around as I knew they were the best.
Again the job that was done in both bedrooms was exceptional and we couldn't be happier. To receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers afterwards was just the icing on the cake.

Nankivells have supplied and fitted various units for me over the years, most recently on two large residential projects and they have been superb! Great communication, great products and super nice fitters. Every aspect completed to a superior standard and on time! HIGHLY recommend.

Brilliant company!

We first had fitted wardrobes, which from design to fitted they were brilliant, workmanship second to none.
We approached Nankivells along with other companies for our kitchen replacement, Nankivells listened to what we wanted, gave ideas and interpreted what we wanted, to the stage when it came to the final measure up 2 weeks prior to starting a wine rack was added into the design!

From design to fitting we were really impressed with the company, everyone is a credit to this company.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

excellent installation - nothing too much trouble good quality work

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul originally came out to see us & provided advice from the spec to the best location for the wardrobes in our room. We chopped & changed our minds on the size, on a few occasions & Paul was completely understanding. The fitters arrived on time, did a great job & on the few occasions I phoned the main office, they were always very helpful. Thank you, Luca & Anneka

I have used this company in our previous home and they were excellent. We have moved house and called upon them again to provide us with built in wardrobes. On this occasion there were issues for example the wrong doors were installed. The company did put all of the problems right but I don’t feel able to award 5 stars because of the issues.

The first fitter was late arriving, then said that the design wasn't quite correct and that some alterations had to be made so that doors could open properly.We then had to wait several days for some reason, and when the parts were ready and the date agreed for final fitting the fitter was ill, so fitting cancelled. following day a different fitter came and finished the job but one of the handles was rough and poorly finished so a new handle had to be ordered. another delay ensued.New handle arrived in post and not sure if arrangements have been made to fit it yet. Not the service we expected, we could have got them cheaper elsewhere, but we thought your service and finish would be superior.We were disappointed

We had hideaway beds and wardrobes for them to fit into, what an excellent job, can’t fault it. Attention to detail throughout. The fitters were a joy to have in your home.

Great service, tidy and friendly workers. So pleased we chose Nankivells they came recommended by a relative and I would also recommend this company to anyone contemplating refurbishing their bedroom.
