I just closed my account after using nanny tax for a year. The service from start to finish was spotless and made the process of hiring & managing a nanny so easy!
I used their full services, included the PAYE and employer liability insurance services. My subscription was automatically renewed for a year, and as I was planning to close my account in the next month (we do not need a nanny anymore), I called customer service and they sorted it out for me in a 10min call, with no fuss. I was served by Mark Flavin and Rachel Pereira, they were fantastic!

We have used Nannytax for just over 6 months and the entire process has been seamless - really takes the stress away from employing someone, payroll, tax etc and our Nanny has had the same experience too.

We also recently had to make a large contractual change, and the customer service on the phone was some of the best I’ve had in years. Mark Flavin efficiently and kindly guided me through the process, checked my queries for me with the Payroll team, and meant the entire change was done on a short phone call, entirely painlessly! He was excellent and a great example of the excellent service we’ve had with NT.

Too many emails it gets really confusing and no one actually calls you to get things done you have to constantly call them. When you are paying such a hefty amount I’d think you’d get a more proactive service.

I needed help changing the address on my P45 and P60. Daniel was super helpful and sorted this all out for me.
Would highly recommend the service I received.

They have made a complicated procedure really straightforward and easy. Great for busy people, and not expensive at all. Huge value involved. They should probably charge more to be honest. I used for 18 months

Stafftax make paying my nanny very easy - all tax and NI calculated and a payslip given to her each month.
