After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your documents were received safely in our admin mailbox, which operates on a standard 3 working day turnaround. I can see our team have since spoken to you to confirm your documents have been received.
We understand how this situation could have been frustrating. Normally, our admin inbox sends an automatic confirmation to let customers know their documents have been received — however, we discovered this feature was temporarily switched off at the time.
