I would not recommend this company! They did nothing except take my money! No communication, I did all the leg work faxing, researching, emailing and nothing. I had to keep reaching out them. When I called them out and found my "Tax Specialist" had quit or was releaved of his duties she did nothing except tell me to pay the final installment so they could finish. I cancelled and asked for a refund, and went with another company. She declined my refund after admitting they did NOTHING with my case in one and half months. Total BS!!

These so called experts took my money, hundreds of pages of documents and left me owing the IRS $20,000 more than if i had never hired them. Criminals and scammers. Stay far far away from them

This company is like sharks in the water. They totally mislead you from the very beginning to get your business. Which cost you money, don’t fool yourself that it doesn’t. When they first contacted as we explained our situation to the fullest and totally open and honest. We had excellent assets to live off of due to my health issues. We’ve already been dealing with the IRS on her own. And the end we could’ve got the same agreement with the IRS, which was pay $25,000 down and we will not put a lien on your house and pay the rest at over $1000 a month. We’re both just on Social Security and one small pension. So a little cash we have left needs the last us the rest of our life. Yet we still consume quite a bit of output towards my health and they gave no consideration for this. At least this is what their tax specialist says. You cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone. They don’t answer emails in a timely manner. They delay delay delay up to last minute when you’re forced to make a decision with the IRS. Multiple times and asked for the corporate number to speak to the customer service department. There is no customer service department. I can go on and on, but my time has run out and now we’re going to have to be forced into an agreement. Anybody that deals with this company who needs to know that they do not speak with the IRS on your behalf. They ask you to sign a legal agreement to cover their ass. Make them perform before you pay.

It was a long drawn out process which I expected. Everyone I talked to stuck with me every step of the way, explained the process in layman terms and more than exceeded my expectations with the best outcome.

I did used the services from National Tax Debt last year, my original debt was around $40k to the IRS and at the end I paid
$3875.
It was really good for me and my peace of mind.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I paid 6k to have my debt reduced just to get put in uncollectible status where my interest and penalties keep being added. I could have done this on my own over the phone as well as set up a payment plan. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, they never told me what they were doing or asked me what I wanted. Once a result was obtained from the IRS they just sent me an email and said here is what you get and we are done, take care.

I would like to give a review for Melody Reyes. She is top notch in every aspect of assistance she provides. She gives a concise and clear answer to everything you have a question on. She does her very best to get the best deal possible for resolving any issue you have with the IRS. Her attitude is, "don't worry we will get it resolved". "Just be sure you pay your estimated taxes on time." Her communication skills are beyond excellent, and she follows through no matter how long it takes, she does not leave you guessing. I am not sure how I would get our issues resolved without her. She should be rewarded monetarily, and her peers should follow her lead. Great company to put your trust in. You know we didn’t follow through with payments to the IRS and found another way to pay them off in full. This company has great ethics and really helped us out in advice, etc. Alan especially was a great help to our situation, we really appreciate that.

I had a great experience with NTD, they settled my fathers debt with the IRS, though it did take some time it was well worth the wait. National Tax Debt canceled meeting after meeting with vague excuses, then refused to discuss my business unless my wife joined (she isn’t involved in the businesses). Their final text to me after telling them to take my info out of their system was: “I will cancel your case you will get a letter from the IRS best of luck to you.”
