THIS A FRAUD COMPANY.....THEY CHARGE ME £520 FOR A WSTE COLLECTIONS WHICH THE NEVER COLLECT ..AND THEY THEATENED ME WITH COURT IF I DON'T PAY FOR THE COLLECTIONS WHICH THEY NEVER PICKED UP. AND PLEASE AVOID THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED AN ACTUAL TOILET FOR YOUR EVENT. I booked them for a toilet 2 weeks in advance - $259 they said. Later that week they called back and said they still could deliver the toilet but it would be $310. I said ok - as long as I have a toilet for my event. They said no problem it would be there. 2 days before the event they called to tell me my order was cancelled. the manager said operations had no one in my area. They should have told me up front they had no one available.

They still haven't picked up the porta potty and charged us for any extra month I cancelled my credit card to dispute the charge. We called and emailed several times. No resolution yet. Do not use this company.

Avoid at all costs , scammers .
They change their policies as they wish anytime . They kept charging us during the covid lockdown but our business wasnt allowed to be open following gov guidelines . They only gave us discount ... Terrible.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

After everything that has happened this year we had to close our business down. Every other company offered to help. Except one. Nationwide Waste Services. Missed bin collections, overcharged us, changed days, changed services, left a rotting bin outside our premises for 9 weeks, the list of complaints we have goes on and on... but then...

We have been fed lie and lie, threatened with court action (which we want, the amount of evidence we have on their service is damning, but it never seems to come to court action), offered to make payments, ignored. Informed them they were dealing with a vulnerable person. Ignored. Harassed a former employee. Provided proof the business is closed and even provided proof our business bank account had been closed. Not enough for this company, they continue to pursue us every minute of the day. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH THEM. We are on the verge of going bankrupt and my mental health has hit the ground, but this matters little to this company, they will keep coming for you day in, day out. DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THIS COMPANY, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. You will be passed around "the team", but each person doesn't know the lies you have been fed from the last one, so it starts all over again. We have emails, photos, phone logs, we have kept everything and would welcome a day in court. But they prefer harassment, so keep that in mind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY EVEN SEEM TO ENJOY THE CHASE.

To this day I am waiting for court action, we cannot wait to provide our evidence.
