If possible, I would give 6 stars. The Pimlico low bed is just wonderful. Craftsmanship is superb. The height of the bed is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend to anyone who want high quality bed.

I am very happy with this quality bed. It’s my second time to order from natural bed company. The beds are easy to be assembled. They also provide an option of firmer slats. Their team is always helpful. If the lead time were shorter, it would be prefect!

I received my Pimlico oak bed from Natural Bed Company in March 2023. It was easy to assemble and looks beautiful, the quality is very good. The communications from NBC were clear and timely. Thanks for a great bed, which looks good in my bedroom.

Absolutely stunning Camden bed. We finally got the bed set up yesterday. The craftsmanship is excellent. All of my communications with the company were handled with great speed and profession as was the delivery. I would most easily order again from this British owned/ British made company. Highly recommended!

On each visit to the showroom in Sheffield I found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and also discrete, allowing me to try each bed in my own time. No rush and no pushy attitude. Just the way I like it to be.
When I did get my new bed it was delivered on time, and when it came to assembly I then fully appreciated the excellent hand built quality. Just superb. More expensive than the big shed/warehouse sold beds, but worth every penny.

What really impressed me was that these beds (I bought 2) which came in parts were not only so quick and easy to assemble but, when assembled were so incredibly stable and solid. That is proper craftmanship. I bought these beds for my kids because I know they'll last a lifetime and I'm expecting them to take them with them when they leave home. The Natural bed company is one of those companies still manufacturing a product that is built to last like they used to before the era of built-to-fail veneered junk we currently live in. If you want a bed that will last a lifetime, buy one of these.

The bed was delivered on time, into my home. The packaging was superb so no chance of damage. The product was so well made it now represents the best quality piece of furniture in our home. The product and the companies communication all first rate.

Fantastic craftsmanship from this small independent company. We are so happy we decided to purchase our bed and bedside tables from them. We searched in so many well known shops like Heals and John Lewis, but didn't find anything that is anywhere close in terms of quality to what these guys offer. They make the furniture themselves so you have to wait, but it's so worth it.

Love this company. Not only are their products all brilliantly made with great wood, they are also made in the U.K. which is lovely. The customer service is friendly and easy.
