I ordered the 3 month subscription box
I ordered the 3 month subscription box. I got a really good selection of products and was a good way to try stuff. I was surprised by the quality of stuff and all from brands I would rate. I would love to see maybe some makeup included just to add something different.

Disappointed
After I was happy with my first purchase (and left a 5-star review), I was confident to place a new order. All the items I ordered were shown as 'In stock. However, after one week, I only received less than half of what I ordered, and I haven't even received an approximate date for the remainder. My request for an update wasn't answered, even though I asked them to refund the money if they cannot tell me when the remainder of my order will be delivered.
These days, with so many companies offering online shopping, the thing of vital importance is fast shipping. That's what caused me to order again from them, and the lack of same will cause now that I won't be ordering again from this store. Not only the delay is what upsets me, but the lack of understanding of a customer's frustration, and the fact that they don't feel it's important to tell a customer at least an approximate time for delivery of more than half of what I ordered. And it's been a week since I placed my order.

Highly recommended
I got a phone call from a lovely lady confirming my postal details, and she was so pleasant and professional! I received my order the next day. Great customer service and prompt delivery, I would definitely recommend Natural Skincare Emporium!

Ordered one week ago and still nothing…
Ordered one week ago and still nothing has been delivered. Ordered other products from US same day and they arrived already. Very slow service. Would not recommend.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our service, however, after investigation it turns out your order was in fact delivered on the day you posted this review. You were sent a tracking no (on the day of dispatch) which showed your parcel had been delivered. We had no idea you had not received your parcel until we saw this review (you did not contact us directly). The courier had delivered your parcel to your property, but unfortunately it was left in a location where you could not find it. The situation was completely out of our control. However, we raised this issue with the courier concerned and a reply from them was forwarded to you. We work hard to offer a speedy and reliable service and to uphold our values and good reputation (as other ratings will testify). We are truly very sorry to have disappointed you on this occasion.
The ladies were very helpful 👏 They didn't have my product but kept me informed and sent it immediately when they had it.
