Naturaw Avis 

I bought Naturaw because it has has recipes that don't contain carrots, peas or any other vegetables unsuitable for a dog with a massive yeast overgrowth. Almost all companies include these vegetables because I guess they are cheap. It's been really disappointing in the past to even order 'single protein' meats, only to find them laden with the above vegetables. I'm very pleased with my current purchases, and my old dog loves them too!

My raw fed dog has had some issues with acid reflux in the evenings. To cut a long story short I moved him onto some of Naturaw’s low fat meals to see if that would help. It seems to have made a big difference. The other plus is that the meals do not contain carrot which I am very happy about as carrot makes him itchy. The subscription is great with good subscriber deals as you progress. Customer service were very helpful when I had an issue early on. All sorted very quickly. Very happy

1/5 stars: Frozen delivery, weeks of back-and-forth, still no resolution

Long-time customer, but this experience has completely put me off. My order (#NATS0286126) was left beside the driveway in direct sun instead of at the door. By the time we found it, the box was falling apart, and everything inside had fully thawed. We had to throw it all away.

What followed was over two weeks of email back-and-forth. I was first asked to prove I'd contacted them the same day, then asked for photos of the individual trays after I'd already told them the food had been binned because it was warm and melted. I sent delivery photos multiple times. Eventually I was offered 50% off a future order as "goodwill," with no refund or replacement for the order that was ruined.

I have a newborn and very little time for lengthy correspondence, which I made clear repeatedly. Despite that, the case has now been escalated to a manager who is asking to schedule a phone call rather than simply resolving it; all I've asked for from day one is a refund or reshipment.

I understand deliveries can go wrong, but the customer service process here made a simple problem take weeks, with a dog going without food the whole time.

Can't recommend based on this experience. We are looking for another company to source dog food as well.

Naturaw supply excellent quality mince for my dogs. My dogs are quite fussy but in general they love the Naturaw, not all flavours but most.
Orders are despatched quickly so an excellent all round service

This company does great quality raw dog food,my 2 love it.
Used them for a while now but sadly they have become allergic to beef,turkey and chicken and as most of their meat are the above proteins I have had to find a different supplier who do a wider range.
The quality tho is really good as is the service,staff are really helpful.
I would definitely recommend them.

My 3 spaniels love the raw varieties. I've tried several brands over the years and this is by far the best. Good consistency, well packaged in environmently friendly packaging and competitively priced.
Yes you can find cheaper, but the quality of ingredients is poor in comparison.

Great food and service

I am so glad I have found naturaw, our dog loves their food, and he has a sensitive stomach so we have to be careful, as he has not reacted well to other brands. I really like the loyalty program, it's a really nice touch, and nice to know soon our little man will be getting free treats with every order. I also really like how quickly the delivery comes, as sometimes I can be a bit disorganised and think I have more food in the freezer than I do.
On the customer service side, I had to contact the team at the weekend as I was not going to be around on the delivery day and had a bit of a panic. They came back to me first thing on Monday and had changed the date for me, which I really did appreciate.
The only bit of feedback I would give is I find the subscription side of the website a bit confusing, I'm not sure how to completely delete items from my subscription, but maybe that is me, and I am missing something.
Overall very happy and will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable.

My dogs love this food and I have been feeding them it for many years now, have tried others but always come back to Naturaw. Wonderful food,and love the company and it's ethics.

Their customer service and delivery serbice is fairly good, the meat it's okay if your dog doesn't have allergies or things like that, and if you don't want organic grass fed meat. They've discontinued a few recipes over the last few months, and most of them were free range. But it's probably one of the best brand i tried, the meat doesn't stink like many other brands out there, and my dogs liked it. If your dog has allergies, stay away from it.

Decided to try my fussy dog on a raw diet as she was struggling with allergies on her previous subscription (non raw) . She was pretty unimpressed with a couple of other brands, so we tried Natureraw and OMG, she inhales this food. For the first time in 6 years, she cleans her bowl every feed. Service was super fast and variety of flavours was also good. And yes, her allergies are no longer an issue after 3 weeks

I've been feeding Naturaw to my Australian Cattle Dog for a while now and couldn't be happier. His coat is noticeably glossier, his energy levels are great, and he's always excited at mealtimes — which says a lot for a fairly food-motivated breed! The quality of the ingredients is obvious, and it's clear a lot of care goes into sourcing and preparing it properly.

It's reassuring as an owner to know exactly what's going into my dog's diet rather than relying on heavily processed alternatives. Delivery and packaging have always been reliable too. Highly recommend Naturaw to anyone considering raw feeding.

Youre reliable, website is flexible with ability to control orders and subscriptions, food seems to be good quality and well sourced and I really appreciate the transparency on ingredients.
A plea - my dog doesnt do so well with poultry and especially chicken. There are very few complete options that dont have poultry in - forage venison is the only one, and then there are forage beef and real simple duck that dont contain chicken but are still poultry. I so wish you could add more that dont have chicken/turkey in. Id pay a bit extra...

The reason I love Naturaw is because every bit of packaging can be recycled
