Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Made an order 1/25/25 got a email saying it shipped on 1/27/26, today is 2/3/26 and their website and USPS link says it is still waiting to ship. I sent email to customer service and they said USPS is not posting some scans but it has been 8 days and both websites still say lable created but not shipped. Mike M at customer service says it shipped but can not present proof of shipment. Want a full refund and will never purchase from them again.!

NDZ are scammers

NDZ are scammers. Don’t order from here.

I’ve attempted to make a return for 4 items. It was shipped and NDZ received the return but refunded me for ONE item. 4 items equaled to about $100+!!! I’ve trying to get in contact with customer service and they would answer, I would tell them about the situation, get put on hold, and they’d hang my call. I would attempt to callback numerous times and would get sent straight to voice mail! Keep in mind, I’m calling during the weekday during their regular business hours. I’ve been emailing “MIKE M.” But yet not much help. I want my refund !!! NDZ GET BACK TO ME AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

You should be hearing from us today regarding this, we would certainly like to hear more so we can better understand the situation to help resolve. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

I placed an order late November I paid extra for 2 day shipping almost 14.00
I never received the order it sat at the FedEx location for almost 3 weeks. I reached out to ndz and I got told since you didn't buy the protection for the order I would have to deal with FedEx myself. And FedEx said that I would have to deal with ndz. Eventually someone with what I guess was ndz and they approved the order to be replaced. It arrived within 2 days. I have built multiple ars. And handguns and I will never use this horrible company again. I would rather get a mailbox full of di@# pics from T-d!@k - rex arms. I wish we could give them no stars. I beg everybody that reads this please do not buy from this horrible company.

You won’t have a problem until you do.

I have ordered from NDZ in the past and not had a problem, but recently I had an experience with the company that was very similar to some other negative reviews I have seen.
I ordered a couple parts from NDZ and my order was missing an item. No big deal, it has happened before and every company that I have dealt with in the past has always fixed it right away. So I called and spoke to “Mike M.” with customer service. I did as instructed and emailed a photo of the package and packing slip. I waited a day, and the response I got from Mike was that I “must’ve lost the part” and that they weren’t at fault!
I had to email the owner, call my credit card company, and lodge a complaint with the better business bureau before he emailed me and offered me a refund. I told him I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the part that I ordered.
You might get lucky like I have in the past. But I need to know that a business will be there to fix a problem if one occurs and not blame the customer. I will never use NDZ again. There are plenty of other companies out there who don’t treat their customers like trash.

Either way, we generally do the right thing, as you can tell by our mainstream reviews google etc 4.8+ Not really sure I saw an email from you, possibly I overlooked it, but nothing I remember, then again there is a sh1t ton that comes through. Much like the latest review I spent…

Much like the latest review I spent about $115 on 10 parts for my glocks. My package came in but felt extremely light. Well I open my package only to find out there were only 4 items in the package yet the packing slip all items were checked off. Now the package did NOT look to be tampered with.

I called and emailed only to get attitude by the staff (On the phone by a younger guy & Mike by his email). They basically said I was a liar & trying to scam them. I followed their direction to take a photo of what I received with the packing slip only to get a reply for me to "Check if I dropped the 6 items missing".

Please note I have ordered both online & on eBay from the store multiple times with zero issues.

Well they lost a customer, someone is doing some shady stuff in shipping you all need to get your stuff in order. Loads of bad reviews the past few weeks!!!

Update 10/25 They Did send me the missing items so I guess there inventory did show I did not receive the items. There was zero communications that they found on they made a mistake and made it correct. They just shipped the missing items. I have updated my score on the store accordingly.

I’ve spent $225 on some parts that only a few things came in. after a cupple of days i finally got a call from the business and we were able to figure things out and get them reordered. never throw anything away from the packaging, the invoices are crucial for proof. It was frustrating but i’m happy that im getting the help i needed. thank you guys.

Flawless order

Simple order. Fast shipping. Completely uneventful. A very high quality product arrived that works as expected. I had no need to contact customer support so I can't comment on that.

No doubt, one of the best customer service I have ever encountered. My emails are answered almost immediately with whatever information I need and are always willing to help whatever it takes from now on, I will probably be purchasing all of my accessories through here.

I new slide plate logo

I asked about a specific slide rear plate logo and MM replied wasn’t in their data file. I asked if I could upload one and MM politely replied to go ahead and it would be evaluated. Can’t ask for more.

Personally, I approve!

I made an uninformed decision of purchasing from this comany very recently. I purchased a Ghost extended slide release for my G43 as well as an OEM glock mag. I personally had a very good experience with them and the items arrived very timely. I ordered my stuff on a Thursday night and it shipped by Friday morning. I paid an extra $9 or so and got USPS Priority. The items arrived today, Monday and the only complaint I have is the lack of shipping materials (bubble wrap/paper) in the box. Otherwise all my stuff was accounted for and works great as it should. I think I will buy from here again based off this experience!

NDZ Shipping Issue

My first time ordering from NDZ and I was looking for a Glock 21 Gen 1 guide rod and spring. I ordered the replacement part on a Thursday and paid extra for two day shipping (I needed it for work Monday). NDZ failed to take the part to FedEx for shipping until Monday…..4 days after I ordered it. FedEx did their part and had it to me next day. NDZ blames the late delivery on FedEx and refused to refund me for two day shipping.

He was good to me....

I ordered a barrel and then I read these reviews and got nervous, thinking id have trouble getting it, so I emailed to ask if I could cancel. The guy got right back to me and was nice and immediately refunded my money. I had it back in my account in 3 days. I was thinking it would be a nightmare, but now I wish I would have just got the barrel. Maybe they made some improvements

Miserable Mike from NDZ Performance

Would give a -5 Stars if I could. Mike from NDZ is an Absolute Clown with an Attitude. I was a loyal NDZ Customer for some time and spent a lot of my hard earned cash with this Business. Everything was good until they screwed up my (VERY LAST) order and I had to contact "Customer Service" I sent them an email with the photos below explaining that I was missing a part in my order. I never received a response so I called about my issue and was told it was being taken care of. 12 days later I called again since they never bothered to answer any of my many follow up emails or contact me about the status of my missing part. Mike answers the phone and gives me a very nasty attitude saying he replies to every single email and I never sent him anything. I told him to give me another email address and I will forward him all of the emails I sent. He was getting furious with me and screamed the email address to me in a raging voice like he was going to lose his mind. It seems like "Miserable Mike" as we will call him hates his life and his job . He is Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!! In the end of all of this Mayhem he doesn't send me the part I was missing and refunds only half of the money I paid for the part. I asked him what happened with the part I ordered and he told me it doesn't matter you have been refunded. Really ???? Why the hell did I bother ordering a part if I never received it and only received a partial refund. I will be Disputing the charges with PayPal and NDZ will NEVER EVER get ONE RED CENT FROM ME EVER AGAIN
