Order cancelled / would not honor website pricing
Placed an order. No follow up with delivery estimated. Called and was told they had an error on their website and price is higher. Told I could reorder at the higher price if I wanted to. Will not recommend. They lost my business to Amazon.
Raises Price After Purchase
I purchased a part for $240, and then a week later they email me saying they increased the price and expect me to pay the difference.

Today, I received an email from them that stated that they have raised the price of the item since my order was placed and that they needed additional money before they would ship the item. I gave them the option to do the right thing and honor the price that was listed last week and that I paid for or refund my money. They chose to refund my money. Dirty business!!!
Bait and switch - raises prices after order placed
I placed an order for a patio table on August 25. Price on the web site was listed as $109.95, and shipping and handling was an additional $41.58. I received an email right away saying my order "has been processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping." Three days later, I got an email from them telling me that "There has been a manufacturer price increase on the product," and that if I wanted the table, I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $255.80!! Resulting in the item costing more than TRIPLE what it was listed for on their site! My only other option was to cancel the order. I called them and they refused to honor the price they had listed online when I placed the order three days earlier, despite me telling them that is what they are supposed to do by law, only giving me the option to cancel the order to refund my original payment. They said the manufacturer increased the price before they had a chance to update their web site. THEIR problem, not mine!!
Unprofessional
Unprofessional! I'm a purchaser for a construction company and I place LOTS of orders from both online and instore for our company. We work all over and I have to ship things to the PM for multiple projects or to the multiple different project locations. This company has an online site that needs to be updated with better security measures I guess. This company wanted me to send them pics of my company credit card and personal ID?? Even though the charge was cleared on my card, they weren't going to ship the items. When I went to cancel, because I can't wait around for an unprofessional company to process my order, it magically it went through! Then the email I was supposed to get with tracking I had to request?! All this for 3 horns mind you!! Not a big ticket resale item?! They called me and no that wasn't enough, then I had to keep following up myself. This went on through 8-7-24 before I emailed them for my tracking info. I can't recommend this company for anyone with deadlines, that likes to stay on time. Such a hassle for 3 horns!!
To be fair, the items were delivered quickly after they shipped though.
Slow and Unpleasant
Took 1 week to process credit card. Then doubled the lead time for drop ship. Invoice said 1 week lead. Suddenly became 3 weeks when they took my money. Was told to work with sales rep in the future—but honey that’s exactly what I did. Customer service is useless with these people. They are just drop shipper middlemen.

Nothing ever mentioned on the website of ordering page about minimum quantities. I would avoid them.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered a movie screen for around $1000.00 on 11.21.23, today 11.27.23 I recieved and email, they are demanding an additional $497.00 shipping for a 40pd screen.

Giving Neobits a Chance
Understanding this is a small minority-owned B2B company, I took the negative reviews from individual customers here with a grain of salt. I took my chances in ordering from Neobits and did not have any issues from order placement to delivery. Sounds like ordering gets complex when individuals are looking for very specific items, when Neobits is used to dealing with companies as their primary customers.

Stay Away
I ordered sony headphones and waited over a week and nothing from them. I inquired if they have started on my order and they replied with that they cancelled my order because they priced it wrong and that I would need to pay more money to continue to process my order. I tried to go to their website to see what the new price was but it seems like their site doesn't work anymore. Still waiting for the refund on my card. it seems like they are out for my credit card information. going to have to cancel my card and get new ones now
Not Reputable or Reliable, Slow product handling
Long waiting periods for shipping to start, I made my purchase 6 days ago and it still has not processed in to shipping. When I called for an update yesterday they told me it was shipping out that same day, however when I called this morning to get the tracking number they advised me that the shipping still has not started so essentially they lied to me yesterday just to get me off the phone. I have sent countless emails that no one responds to, the company has liars representing them for customer service inquires, their purpose is obviously to get you off the phone as quickly as possible without providing a resolution. Neobits is slow, unprofessional and does not act like they care about the customer whom pays them. The device I purchased was supposed to arrive tomorrow and they still haven't even started shipping. This is a drop ship company as explained to me by one of the CSR agents so that is probably part of the reason why they cant function as a reputable and reliable company. They say items are in stock when you purchase but then customer service will tell you they cant find the item to ship and it will be delayed. I would never recommend this nightmare of a company to anyone!! This has been a horrible experience and I will see to it that my company never makes the mistake of using Neobits again.

Excellent, personalized customer service. I was worried by other reviews I read... Instead, form the first moment, I was treated very nicely, service was professional and impeccable, items in stock, shipped promptly, delivered perfectly on time. Couldn't be better.
Fast shipment
Now, I only ordered from them once, but the experience was great. I ordered Generac back up generator, thought I'll be waiting for it to arrive at least 3 or 4 week, but it was at my door within a week.

I also had problems with this company. I bought a ham radio antenna tower from them for nearly 10,000.00. You'd think that'd be enough, right? Wrong! A week later they called back and said they needed $1400.00 more, citing increased costs at the 3rd party vendor. I've read lots of such comments on this site. Can't they just adjust all the costs and get it right? I'm not doing business with them again.

I called them to clarify on the shipping charge and the lady did allow me to speak and she was continuously saying "that is the shipping charge" !!!! who are these guys in this planet?????? just stay away from these unprofessionals

Horrible experience! Stay away from this vendor. I ordered a computer monitor and after a week waiting for it I called and they told me the item was out of stock. They lied to me saying that they sent me a notice right after the order, but that is not true. I checked my mailbox and also my spam folder and they totally lied to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

(3) three days later order was concelled . Was told a slight error on web pricing of product. When i went back to the site for the new price i was floored!! A new price of over 300% increase isn't a slight error.
