He was always available to answer our questions, incredibly accommodating with viewings, and kept us fully up to date along the journey. From the start, we were thrilled to be working with Jack as he always seemed invested in helping us as buyers, and he built a strong rapport with us which made us feel very comfortable, unlike the more traditional estate agents we enquired with. Later on there were some complications further along the chain and Jack was consistently chasing everyone and keeping things moving, and keeping us updated. Highly recommend!
