Scam

Bought this product … absolutely didn’t work … returned the remaining product within 60 days for a full refund as stated in their advert …
tracked the package, paid the duty. They received the package on the 16th of July and I am still waiting on my refund. I have emailed them numerous times and now they have stopped replying. They quite clearly know how desperate the people are who have tinnitus and hugely taking advantage of them …ripping them off … I suggest you steer well clear of this product

I was quite frankly shocked at the obvious AI scam ridden load of complete nonsense. It upset me because I am a tinnitus sufferer (notice how many different pronunciations there were of this word) and it is such a disgusting practice to draw people in who are suffering such a debilitating condition - how dare they make claims which are so blatantly untrue. Shame on this so called "health" company. I hope you get your "come-uppance".

Clearly a scam and using classic pressure tactics. Fortunately I ran a check whilst listening to the carefully crafted slick presentation, so I was aware by the time that it got to the final hook offers, today only etc etc, that it was a scam.

Daylight Robbery wrapped up

I have just watched the long promotional ad. It sounded so promising - well written. I’m a marketer - did you notice the early hook they wrote into the script? It was him mentioning it was a cure using 4 ingredients you’d likely have at home for free. (One of the special ingredients is butchers broom!)
Then came the spoken testimonials - their AI rendering shuddered and with that, I headed to here. So glad I did. Saved me lots of hastle and expense!
I’m getting so sick of things like this scam that I am honestly considering a more basic phone so nothing gets through!

It's a scam

It's a scam. I suffer from tinnitus, so watched the video, because we would all love to believe in a simple cure. The video has strong-arm marketing red flags in it, and bold medical claims, and the video smacks of AI generation too. So I fact-checked it.

Dr Richard Hawthorne is not a real doctor (there is one, but he is US based, and not the man in the video). The doctor he is presented as, and his credentials including links to University of Oxford etc, are entirely fabricated and he does not exist.

They claim it has EMA (European Medical Agency) certification for efficacy as a drug, standing it apart from scam remedies. This is not true, it does not. The EMA only test medical cures, and Neuvelys is classified as an over-the-counter herbal food supplement.

This is sadly part of a growing trend of using fabricated and deep-fake doctors to peddle useless products. It is just "snake oil" salesmen using modern technology for their smoke and mirror tricks.

Tinnitus is a constant affliction, but don't let it lead you to parting with well-earned cash to hoaxers in forlorn hope.

Minus 100 ⭐s

I have had exactly the same experience as Adrian and would definitely not give it 1 star if I didn’t have to. I had almost a copycat story to tell where I tried to cancel immediately and was told it was in transit blah blah blah then I chanced upon the Morning Live advert and since then things have started to kickoff. I would love to get hold of Michael one of the other reviewers who submitted a request to the Advertising Standards agency for an investigation but not sure how we can contact other reviewers perhaps we should form a group🤣

Avoid at all costs!

I would give a zero star rating if I could.

After seeing an ad on Google front page suggesting this had been featured on BBC Morning Live, I watched the attached video and ordered a 6 month supply at a cost of over £250.

On receiving the order confirmation, I noticed that, in addition to my street address they had put a ‘9’ after my name.

I immediately emailed them to advise of ten error.

Within minutes, I started getting numerous emails offering to upgrade my order and became very suspicious. As a result, I emailed them, less than half an hour free placing the order to cancel it.

I received acknowledgements from Digistore who would be seemingly shipping the order advising they had forwarded the request to Neuvelys with 48 hour reply requested. I had also received several other emails from Neuvelys welcoming me to the brand and advising that if I had any questions/issues, to contact them. I responded to these also.

After a couple of days, I started getting tracking emails advising my order has been shipped - with the incorrect address!

I contacted Digistore again, again they forwarded the request to Neuvelys but, again, received no reply.

I eventually got a response done Digistore and in the absence of any contact from Neuvelys, they agreed to refund my money and suggested I refuse delivery when attempted.

The next day, Ihad further email from Digistore advising they had shipped the order!!!

The package ha been received this morning. The address is stated as my name, number 9 and postcode. The street address on the order confirmation has been omitted completely. I have refused delivery.

I cannot start to explain the stress and frustration this has caused.

It is clearly a scam and I would strongly advise anyone contemplating ordering to think again

Evil Scam

The product is a total scam. The company is new and purely exists to steal a significant amount of desperate people's money. Shameful and evil .

Doesn't work

Doesn't work. Bought in good faith, tried them for the time recommended. Contacted the company for the refund.
Now found out due the customs it will be £80+ to send them back
I have sent many emails to finally get a returns address in the Netherlands
