Amazing, we managed to fall out before I even hired them! I've had 4 previous jobs done by NP, at various domestic and business premises - all satisfactory with no actual complaints, but no better than that. This time I asked various suppliers along with NP to quote for a pretty simple conservatory. All the others provided accurate and helpful CAD representations of what I could expect the end result to look like. I asked NP to do the same and was sent a picture of a generic conservatory of similar dimensions - wrong doors, wrong windows, etc. This was important because a previous job from NP had not turned out as what I had envisaged, which I put down to my own misunderstanding and did not raise an issue, but a CAD drawing that time would have avoided that disappointment. When I pointed out that their competitors for this new job had provided proper CAD images of what I was quite prepared to pay the best part of £30k for, NP responded directly by telling me, and I quote, 'The CAD drawing that I have sent to you is a basic mock up drawing, not to scale and not a contract confirming the sizes and layouts. It’s probably better that you pursue one of the other quotes on the basis of the content of your last email.' Outstanding salesmanship and customer care, NP, I think I will be using your competitors from now on.

Great service, good communications and really good fitters - highly recommended!

Experienced professional fitters completed our conservatory, back garage door and replaced upstairs window. With minimum of disruption. Friendly and punctual would recommend this company

They failed to notify me when the survey was due to take place for my patio door, nor, once completed did they advise me of the installation date until I queried it.
The (stated) date was supposed to be 6 weeks after payment of the deposit. I arranged other work such as flooring to be carried out after this date.
Since the installation date was in fact given as 9 weeks after order, and I complained, stating they were unprofessional in not advising of the fitting date, NP cancelled the order, calling me rude.

Shocking experience from start to finish. Appalling customer service. Incorrect measurements taken. No documentation received as yet. The only positive were the fitters who did the best they could under the circumstances. Would never recommend.

Fitters set up ladder in our garden to work on our neighbours' house. The workmen didn't even ask if that was ok. In the process were jumping off the ladder onto our plants, seriously damaging two well established shrubs. We have had to prune shrubs back in the hope of saving them. To add insult we found they had left rubbish from their work in our garden - so we had that to pick up. When the scaffolding was removed more rubbish came into our garden. Initial email contact got the response that the workers do their best to leave the site clean - nothing about the other issues. Have since phoned and emailed. Phone calls led to a promise it would be looked into, but they have not got back to me. When I contacted them again they appear to believe the matter is resolved – they believe their initial response was adequate. Had they just apologised after my first email I would not have written this review. They are unprofessional, arrogant and unkind.
