Great looking doors but the customer service is appalling. I need a simple adjustment on my doors and have been trying since June to get someone here. 10+ emails, loads of calls and filling out service request forms. Promises to phone back but nothing!!

Working on an extension /renovation where the customer has had these doors. 6 external sets, 1 internal set and 7 large windows made from the same system so the work the same as the doors. I have never seen this system before but I have to say I am very impressed with the way they look and work. I am particularly impressed with New Wave themselves and the service has been incredible. The internal floor levels have been challenging plus there was a design error in the steelwork and it was New Wave that highlighted this and provided the solution. It has been an absolute pleasure working with James and Claire in the office and Mike and Connor who installed the doors were simply the best. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you and I will be telling all future customers to have New Wave Doors

What a great company,from the staff to the product everything is amazing.
The doors are so good, doors and installers arrived when they said they would and finished to such a hight standard.

Easy to arrange a visit to their Customer Centre in Bristol and I recommend you do this before buying doors.
Very friendly and helpful and they made us aware of points we had overlooked.
The doors themselves are superb.
Date and times agreed for installation 
Kept informed when fitters would be arriving.
Polite and friendly and very professional fitters.
Doors installed quickly and they gave us a full demonstration when finished.
I am sure these doors will last longer than our bifold doors which we are replacing after just 14 months.

New Wave were brilliant from start to finish. 
I thought the web site was great and we designed our door on their configurator.
The price came back quickly and was easy to understand and simple to order. Zoe in sales was great.
Then the booking an installation and the way the dealt with our builder made it even better 
But the fitters were the best, professionalism personified.

If I could give zero stars I would! We had these doors fitted a year ago and have had several issues with them. I cannot fault the two men who fitted the doors and have been back several times to rectify faults. The problem is customer service - there is none. Phone calls and emails are rarely answered and when you do get to speak to someone they are full of excuses but although they promise to call you back with a date to fix the problem they don’t.

Had to remove the review as they threatened legal action.

AVOID! We entered the dimensions and details on the website, the company called to confirm the price and take a £250 deposit. When we confirmed the same sizes, they said they couldn't manufacture that size and have refused to refund the deposit. Communication has been appalling. They are keen to talk, hassle you via email for a deposit but once paid ignore you. We feel like we have been scammed and will be reporting to trading standards.

I don't normally write reviews, but feel that I need to voice my extreme disappointment in the after-sales care of New Wave Doors - 'abysmal' is probably the most appropriate term for it.

The doors are fine (other than the door sticking), the installation team and subsequent fit of a new frame were fabulous, but dealing with issues and queries since has been near on impossible with nobody answering phones or returning left messages, 5 unanswered emails and I am frankly so annoyed, I feel I have no option than to voice it online.

All I am asking for is for a part which was unavailable at the initial installation... 9 months ago (a 'block' which is merely cosmetic from what I understand) to be fitted.

I feel the company could potentially have so much opportunity to scale if only they sorted the poor customer service out. Shame... I have so many people commenting on the doors, but I simply cannot recommend New Wave Doors...

Really pleased with the product and the end result. Everybody that has seen the doors are impressed with them. We had to go back and forth to interpret and complete the measurements but New Wave were very patient and supportive with this. At times we had to wait to call backs and supply delays with the built in blinds did not help hence the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating

My experience with new wave was exceptional!! I managed to aquire a new wave door with a small issue a broken bracket, being pvc I did not know that the new wave guys had sort of moved away from using pvc and used aluminium. Instead of pushing me towards the new aluminium range they had no issue with resolving my issue by getting me a bracket made within a day's notice. A big thank you to Claire and team for being outstanding with the customer care, I would have no hesitation on calling the guys at new wave In the future with any questions or any products I needed for the next project. Again huge thanks to new wave!! Top notch service!

Amazing doors, they delivered the wrong colour which was changed without any problems, they arranged a date for installation then didn't turn up, they came the following day. Since the correct ones were installed they started jamming after about 5 days, I was told someone would come out the following week, and I have been calling and emailing and nobody is getting back to me. Its now been 3 weeks and I still have doors that don't open and no insight when this will be resolved.

Anyone that is considering a bifold door needs to look at these first . I had my first set installed four years ago and I have just had another set fitted to my kitchen.

We brought doors from zenith 8 years ago. Some of the hinges need replacing. I contacted new wave and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very fast response to my enquiry and very knowledgeable. I found the very polite and helpful and going on my experience would recommend them to anyone.
