Brilliant service and product
Brilliant product very pleased with our doors. We've had them for 6 years now and the opening or leading dohad started to rub on the bottom sill. We were given excellent service to adjust the door quick and friendly service.

Not all heroes wear capes!
I contacted New Wave as the house I bought had their doors across the back and were in need of repair. With me being in Liverpool and them in Bristol, it wasn’t feasible (nor their job) to come and look at the doors. The doors are quite old and not supplied any more, but Claire and Robyn gave me so much help. I sent them videos and pictures and their expertise helped us to figure out what needed to be done. I had had at least 4 local window/door repair people out who were unable to fix the issue. New Wave sent me out all of the parts I needed (including some extras as spares!) completely free of charge and even covered the postage.
They have offered to do video calls when the repair man comes back if they need any guidance. Now I can tell the repair man what is broken and I have the parts for him to replace and get the doors sorted!
To say that they have gone above and beyond is a major understatement. It really does reaffirm your faith in people when someone can be so helpful when it’s technically ‘not their problem’.
Thanks to them I won’t need new bi-folds, saving me thousands. But I ever do, I know where I’ll be going to buy them!

I can highly recommend new wave bi-fold…
I can highly recommend new wave bi-fold doors, you can feel the quality of the product when you close them, they provide a great door seal excluding all the draughts even on the widest of day's . The door may cost a bit more but it's money well spent highly recommended

Excellent doors
Had another set fitted to an extension after being very happy with one set fitted 5 years ago.
Very friendly fitters and they even fitted a new handle to my old doors free of charge.
The new doors are great, and with 4 panels they are extremely flexible in opening options.
Highly recommended.

Had a problem with the locking…
Had a problem with the locking mechanism, we live in Suffolk so just had the doors delivered and had our own installer. Anyway phoned customer service who asked for a video and then some pictures, came back to me with what to do. Got our installer to pop by and what they explained he done and all fixed.
Robyn was very helpful even though we are still in a bit of a mess and I couldn’t find our paperwork she sorted everything without insisting on me finding it.

Great doors
Great doors and helpful staff, made sure we measured correctly and discussed options well. Delivered within 3 weeks of order and fitted by knowledgeable guy, who seems to have done good job.
I prefer the appearance to bi-folds as no hinges etc and open really smoothly.

Definitely recommend!
Really happy with the doors, we did have an issue with one dropping down slightly making it difficult to open (new build) but this was sorted quickly on the first visit and it's worked perfectly ever since.

All round good experience
The patio doors are superb and exactly what we had hoped for. Communication from the company was excellent throughout the whole process from sales to ordering to installation (it was also done very quickly once we committed to the order). The installers were very efficient, polite and helpful.

warranty repair
Had minor settlement of the doors about 8 months after installation. Sorted out under warranty. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, doors are as good as new. Great after sales service.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience…
I’ve had a very pleasant experience dealing with New Wave Doors. Phone calls were answered quickly and I always knew who I was talking to. Service is friendly and the process happened to be much quicker than expected. Installation team was professional and efficient. The only disappointment was that the doors can only be opened fully to the same side as the master door. I didn’t know that. Everything I read about the doors was suggesting flexible options. Other than that I’m very pleased.

New Wave Doors are a serious option.
we were interested in New Wave Doors because we liked the look of them and how they worked. My concerns were around how weatherproof they were. We were close enough to visit their showroom and have a proper look! The doors were well made and, Living in a wet and windy Welsh hill vilage, they looked pretty sturdy. NWD have been great all the way through, I'm self building and was a little erratic with my requirements (and measurements), but felt supported right up to the "are you sure?" date. Installation team were friendly and professional . The doors look great!
I'm genuinely impressed with my doors, we've had 3 months of weather, (Dec, Jan, Feb) and they've been bombproof - well, weatherproof. I feel like further support would be available if needed. NWD are an excellent option.

The product is very good and well made and the service department when I needed to contact them were very responsive to a minor issue that we had with a faulty glass unit it was promptly replaced overall I am very satisfied with this company and their product and I would recommend their product to anyone
