Prior to and at point of ordering the service I received was second to none from Michael Dainty. Once ordered and passed to manufacturing/installations team it was another matter....it was like pulling teeth trying to communicate with them. I have however, still given 4 stars as I reverted back to Micheal several times whose customer service was exemplary and managed to help out/sort whatever issue I had every time. Installation was smooth and uneventful. My project isn’t finished as yet so can’t comment on use but can’t wait until I can. Would recommend.

Efficient, quick, clean work done with the minimum of disruption. We now wait for nice weather to be able to get full use of the doors

For our installation a very good door system. The concept is very good and the product installs without issue and when I needed help then help was on hand.

Great after-sales service.
We had a few problems suddenly occur with the door runners after trouble-free use for 3 years+. After I called New Wave they arranged for a team of fitters to call on a Friday morning. I was at work but my wife was in and praised the guys that came to sort out the issue, saying they were very friendly and professional and fitted new door runners and left things tidy and working fine. I also got a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. All-in-all one of the better customer experiences we've had recently !!

Had the doors fitted, around 6 months ago and we have been really pleased with the product. The only thing that let the company down was there communication could be better

Our doors have been installed since 2013 and we have been delighted with them. Last summer we had an issue with one set of lower door runners which required a service call to rectify. Getting this addressed had been taking a considerable time and was getting very frustrating, however, with recent changes in the service team a very quick response was made. The engineers who came provided an excellent service and replaced both sets of runners with ones of an improved design and the service call charge has been refunded in full under the warranty.
