Was very easy to do. Great instructions and quick postage. Worked a treat.

The only thing that was missing from my car was Apple CarPlay, but I didn’t want to swap my stereo.
So I’ve messaged countless shops and they’re all telling me that Apple CarPlay can’t be installed onto sync 2.

So I gave up on the idea and just by chance on one of the Focus ST pages on Facebook, someone had made a post asking a similar question and I saw that Craig was tagged. So I messaged him and he came and sorted it out for me!

Only took a few hours and it worked perfectly for about 3 days, so I messaged him again and he swiftly came down to see the problem. Even though this only turned out to be a lose wire, he replaced the whole unit! And I’ve had no problems since.

What a guy. Craig came to my place of work, installed an Apple CarPlay in my 2016 Kuga and was done within 45mins. After I was told I couldn’t have an Apple car play in my car from a professional auto mechanic.

Craig got in touch regarding upgrading sync 2 ,after I asked for information on forum sites, arranged a date to fit apple CarPlay and android, very happy with Waze navigator through my screen, used it for my 3 hour journey home made a big difference.

Craig has been excellent throughout. Communicated well from the start. Arrived on time, well prepared and completed the job to good standard. He takes care by not scratching any part of the vehicle. Once fitted, he explained how to use it and the options that is available to use. Very fairly priced compare to other sites that offer so support or guarantee.

Craig installed the CarPlay module on my sync 2 system. Arrived on time and was friendly and professional. When finished he went through it with me and showed me how to set my phone up. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

Craig updated my sync 2 this morning in cracking time. Explained everything he did and let me see all the work he was doing. Cleaned up and had the display looking sharp on less time than quoted. Bloody delighted!

Brilliant upgrade to my Ford Sat Nav (Sync 2). I was so annoyed that Ford Sync 2 had such obsolescence built into what is a fairly modern car. But Craig fitted an Apple Car Play module which utilises the touch screen Sync 2 screen and the difference is amazing! The fitting was expertly carried by Craig and he showed me all the controls and ways to utilise the apps. A first rate upgrade.
