The sleep trainer was so lovely and helpful. I can highly recommend her. I was amazed at how quickly our daughter started sleeping better. She really helped get our daughter sleeping through the night again and had so much advice on changing her routine to one nap and feeding, etc. I could ask her any question and she was able to give me great advice.

We had a great experience with Night Nannies from start to finish. They were always so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Night Nannies has come to my rescue several over the last couple of years - always responsive and efficient at finding great maternity nurses and night nannies, often the same day. Would highly recommend.

Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

They don’t have the best people and they don’t take responsibility for their nannies. If something goes wrong, they will dismiss you very quickly telling you to sort it out with the nanny. This is what happens to me.
I have made a complaint and they were very dismissive about the whole thing. Considering i have spent £600 with one of their nannies named Vera, for a sleep training that didn’t work AT ALL, it s unbelievable the way they treated me. This is an expensive service, but their customer service is the worst. The lady called Vera sells herself like the best on the market: i couldn’t wait for her to leave, it was so stressful and she was telling me it was my fault if her training didn’t work. When she left my baby was still waking up at night and i have to spend another £750 with another night nanny that quickly fixed all the issues Vera left.
Also, they are very quick to cash in the fee but i have never seen an invoice from the nanny (which i have asked many times ) nor from the agency (do i even have to ask? it should be automatic). Avoid!!

Night Nannies has been a massive help for my husband and I during these early weeks with our baby son. The night nannies they have recommended have been highly capable and fantastic to work with. We would highly recommend using their service!

Lauren came to stay with us a week after our first baby was born and made such a difference in helping us settle in and understand how to look after our little one. Lauren is not only a safe pair of hands who we can trust with our baby all night, she is an expert in all things baby-related so is a fountain of knowledge and taught us invaluable lessons for the first two months that will stand to us for many more to come.

Lauren was accommodating for when I wanted to breastfeed all night or when I needed a break for some extra sleep. She was also able to stretch our baby’s sleep for longer periods which helped a lot when she wasn’t with us. Lauren was generous with sharing her wisdom but never imposing or condescending.

I would highly recommend Lauren to any new parents.

Claire is a fantastic nanny and has been such a lifeline especially during Covid lockdown. She made us feel at ease straight away and really cares about our little boy. It’s a pleasure having her here each week as she is such a lovely, kind person and has been a great sounding board on all things baby related. She’s great with our baby and has really helped improve his sleep.

Our nannies (Jennie and Laura) have been very helpful, giving us the much needed sleep at night time. We knew straight away that our babies are in safe hands. Also we could ask them for advice on the general well-being of the babies, which has been very reassuring. Our agents, Katie and Sally are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Night Nannies.

Vera is extremely competent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sleep-trained our 6-month-old baby whose sleep pattern has improved enormously since she helped us.
Before we engaged Vera, we had many issues to fix and quite a few bad habits to get rid of.
We had the wrong daytime routine (wrong times for naps and one too many nap) and our baby boy would wake up several times during the night and had started to have terrible and often short lunchtime naps. We were also using many accessories to get our baby to sleep such as the sleepyhead grand, dummies (sometimes up to 7 fixes per night), Ollie the owl for white noise, and loads of rocking (including the occasional sleeping in my arms the last hour before wake up time). Furthermore our baby didn’t know how to self-settle.
In 5 nights Vera managed to fix most of the issues and gradually took all bad habits away.
We just finished our 5 nights with Vera and our baby is now sleeping almost 12 hours in the night with perhaps one interruption but he is learning to go back by himself (he is also teething right now which isn’t helping) and his lunchtime nap is mostly back to 2 hours (again with one occasional interruption which he is learning to deal with).
We follow Vera’s routine religiously during the day and it has also helped a lot with progressing with our weaning process.
Vera’s advice has been extremely helpful and holistic about all aspects of baby care, not just sleeping. She had tons of experience, a natural love for babies and a great connection with them!

We have been extremely lucky with the quality of the night nanny we were matched with. Druscilla has been nothing but incredibly professional, flexible, hardworking and above all, supportive to every member of the family. Night Nannies was responsive to our needs and always available for every query.

Chloe was a fantastic night nanny and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She worked wonders with our 4 month old daughter who had been having trouble sleeping, and gave us lots of practical advice. We couldn't have been happier with her.

Excellent service from nightnannies and I would have no hesitation recommending her to any parents. Our night nanny has a wonderful personality, as soon as I met her I instantly trusted her to look after my son - she is greatly experienced in childcare and was able to give us first time parents wonderful tips to assist us in so many areas - more effective breastfeeding, guidance for helping newborns sleep and various other life hacks which were so useful.

We werent sure what the process was in respect of hiring a night nanny but fortunately, Sally made the process easy. The quality of candidates was really high and we are super happy with Cate. Sleeping well on selected nights of the week makes for having a happier family life.

We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity.

I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning.

Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn Zachary. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.
