Great service thank you. Only problem (which turned into not such a problem!) was that the address label came off in transit. Not sure where but luckily the courier driver had a record on his phone I think so my rug did get delivered safely.
Update - Nile Rugs very kindly gave me a free cushion cover as an apology for the label being mislaid. Thank you.

The team at Nile rugs are clearly very dedicated to customer care. When my rug colours looked different to the photos, they went above and beyond to help me. Although I decided to keep the rug since the colours have grown on me, I still greatly appreciate their offers. 100% would recommend!

Firstly, the rugs are beautiful!. The choice in my low budget price range is great.
Communication is excellent. I recentlyexchanged a rug and the process went smoothly and efficiently.
Delivery is super quick.
I've now added 3 Nile Rugs to my home and am very happy with each one.
