Well at first it was awkward because it didnt let me choose to send it to a specific email so i never got my confirmation but the customer service was brilliant and sorted it in just a few minutes literally quickest response time ive ever had :) so im happy with that

My confirmation email didnt initially work which was a tad stressful but when I got in touch with customer service they were so clear and helpful they put me at ease. Incredible customer service helped sort everything.

I cannot thank Nimax Theatres enough for their kindness and help in resolving an extremely stressful and drawn-out issue with a third-party ticket provider. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help me when the ticket provider would not. I’m incredibly grateful to the team and would highly recommend Nimax Theatres.

I booked the tickets and checked out and it took too long and then I was kicked out bc I didn’t log in into an account (it was my first time and I didn’t have an account). The tickets I chose then where gone and I had to redo everything but I was able to chose similar tickets so it was not as bad. I just wasted my time the first time because it took too long to load before it kicked me out but the second time it was fine because I created an account. it was still a little bit frustrating though

Quick and easy booking in the presale for tickets. Once on the site, easy to navigate for the day I wanted.

Everything went very smoothly I wasn’t kicked out of the queue and I was able to get good tickets!

I never received my tickets by email so will have to go to the theatre box office early

Thoroughly impressed with Gary. We had double booked a show trying to give a surprise within family. Luckily we found out and I phoned up Nimax, spoke to Gary and he was so efficient and spoke to the Manager and refunded my booking. (£285).

Once I had decided on the show, I paid for my tickets, then 5 minutes later, I realised I hadn't used the voucher I had been meaning to use.
I called him back & he cancelled my order & then went through the booking again, letting me use our voucher.

Huge thanks to Garry and the team at Apollo theatre. Garry was super helpful and kind when I rang up today to attempt to get tickets for The Truth in their final week. I was certain they were sold out but he managed to secure us two of the few seats left and good ones! He gave excellent advice, especially as my mum has a disability. In the age of AI, it's wonderful to speak to a lovely, knowledgeable person on the phone.Thank you so much! My mum is thrilled to be going!

I had an amazing customer service experience with Garry at Nimax. My business trip was postponed a week and I initially thought we would lose our tickets to see The Producers, but Garry organized an exchange to see the show when we would be in town. I’m so appreciative of his attention to my situation and incredibly impressed with the speed in which he got it done. So grateful and impressed!

Dealt with the Access line regarding tickets and all concerned were most helpful, efficient and professional.

Extremely helpful, faultless customer service which provided a simple, effortless booking process which catered to my disabilities and preferences.

This company takes your money immediately, but fails to deliver the tickets. They promise delivery 72 hours before the event, yet less than 40 hours before the show I still have nothing. When you try to contact support, nobody is working because it’s the weekend, leaving you stranded with nothing but auto-replies. Customers should not have to run after what they legally paid for. Issue the tickets upon purchase or don't sell them at all. Utterly disgraceful service. Will never ever book with them again.

As an elderly couple our theatre trips are few and far between as seats which we can afford are difficult for us to get to or see from. When ringing the box office the young man did his best to help us and suggested we contact Nimax. Aidan arranged a time to call us and was extremely understanding and helpful. I cannot praise him highly enough and we are now looking forward to a rare treat. Thank you Aidan.
