niSurv Avis 

niSurv was very efficient and timely in getting back to me following my request from its website for a Level Two RICS home survey on a property I am buying in NI. niSurv’s use of automated form filling over the internet saved time speaking to a clerk over the ‘phone. The property survey was arranged through the property’s selling estate agent without any input from me, though it has not yet taken place.

I recently instructed Jeremy of niSurv to carry out a RICS Level 2 Home Survey, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and clarity of the report.

The survey was thorough, detailed and, most importantly, honest. Jeremy clearly explained not only the visible condition of the property but also highlighted wider structural and redevelopment considerations that could significantly affect long-term value and decision-making.

As a first time buyer, the whole process was easy to follow and incredibly transparent from beginning to end, and I was even able to download a sample report that had an explanation of everything that would be covered.
