Nice people and great product

It was incredibly easy to sign up and get my practice set up on Nitra. I had a few questions during the process, and their team responded to my emails within minutes. I'm a huge fan of their Practice Expense Card because it gives cashback on medical supplies. This is unlike any other business credit cards I've seen out there.

Other features in Nitra that have been really useful for my practice is their expense management, accounting, and Nitra Mart which is where I buy all my medical supplies. It has such a wide selection of products and I actually save even more because I use my Nitra Card to make purchases.

Overall, I've been happy with my experience with Nitra and it's helped my org save a ton of time, money, and stress compared to the other options out there.

Love Nitra

Love Nitra, very dedicated customer service, great products. Very easy to use the card platform, I can now manage all finances and my clinic staff's expenses efficiently. Highly recommend

Made for providers

Nitra is extremely easy to set up and gives the best cash back. Keep it mind, it's made for providers and physicians! They know how to work with healthcare professionals and they're always available to speak over phone or email. Very responsive!

After service was terrible and unreliable!

Payments have become complicated and worse! There were always problems with the system, glitches every now and then, and they have caused us delays! After service was terrible and unreliable!

Comprehensive Financial Platform

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It integrates very well with QuickBooks and creates efficiencies for users in all roles. Reporting is easy to use and tracking costs year over year is simple. The team is very open to feedback and works hard to create a useable and value add features. I am impressed with their commitment to independent medical practices.

I love my Nitra credit card because…

I love my Nitra credit card because it’s tailored for my business needs. The rates are competitive, it’s easy to manage, and best of all—I have a direct point of contact for any questions or issues. No call centers or endless holds—just real support when I need it. The marketplace is great. I can locate the majority of my supplies from this site and get 5% back on every purchase, all the time.
