NMI's payment gateway facilitates unauthorized international transactions while bypassing standard security protocols My card was charged a total of **$5,350 USD** across three transactions (Refs: 11976213768, 12171638574, 12276649521) without any **Two-Factor Authentication (OTP) or 3D Secure verification**[cite: 21, 23, 24, 25].

Despite being physically in possession of my card and having no business relationship with the merchant (Blue Edge Financial, LLC), NMI allowed these high-value charges to pass through their system

The most alarming part is NMI’s "support" response. After reporting this as international cybercrime, their representative (Ticket 1217388) suggested that I reach out to the fraudulent merchant directly to resolve the issue[cite: 58, 60]. Expecting a victim to contact scammers to "resolve" a theft is an insult and demonstrates a total lack of accountability. By deflecting responsibility back to the fraudster rather than investigating the merchant's access to their gateway, NMI is effectively protecting scammers at the expense of innocent cardholders

**Avoid this gateway if you expect any level of security or professional fraud protection.**

This is the 3rd or 4th time with…

This is the 3rd or 4th time with surprised increased pricing, into the thousands. Don't see how any sales office can run their business with surprise billing, and seemingly competing for the same client. Staff members see the issue, and try to assist, yet it's a "corporate decision with people clients can not communicate with". You are left to pass these fees to your agents, and merchants, yet instead, we'll find a new home.

No customer service for payments?

Horrible customer support as no response. Scheduled a meeting as they asked me to do so, no show!
Tried calling them no response. If I want them to be my payment service partner this is not acceptable!

Network Merchants Limited have dreadful customer service. We cancelled our Worldpay account on March 14th and they are still billing us in May!! THIS IS FRAUD.

Dirt Bag Company. If you hate yourself and hate your money then NMI is for you. Charged me ridiculous fees and "Mandatory Year End" operating fees (no other credit processor has ever done this to me) and stuck me on a tiered system when they said they wouldn't. I "renegotiated" my fees with them several times but that made no difference they came in a GOUGED my bank account monthly. I am so glad to be rid of this company. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Not robots but not human and they LOVE fees.

Honestly screw this company.. They lie, you cant understand them, you cant reason with them and they will tack fee after fee after fee. The customer service agents are not robots but they are also not human. They stick to the script and wont deviate even when you both know what the company has done is wrong. They also have no clue to how fix issues with implementing their payments to your website. Their agents are untrained mouthpieces who have no idea how to do anything but say "checking now please hold" DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON you will 100% regret it.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I am a 68 year old psychotherapist. I work part time with children and horses on a horse ranch. I was charged 36.18 per month for an expense that I didn't even know I would be charged for. When I tried to contact them it took me 7 hours and endless messages and waits on hold only to be told that even though they had indicated I would be refunded this monthly charge, they could suddenly go back only two months. I was charged over 50 percent of my income one month because they charged me 168.00 to even use their service! I'm absolutely devastated by the financial loss that I have incurred using this terrible business. Please DON'T use them!!!!

Just like all the other reviews…terrible!!! Should never have access to money period on this scale. Customer service is terrible too!

Unprofessional - don't trust them with your money

A friend recommended this payment gateway provider for "high-risk merchants."

I contacted NMI on 17 June and received an email reply the next day asking for details such as monthly transaction volume, industry, what service we need, etc. I responded to this email the same day, and since then, I have been waiting for a reply. I have emailed them two more times since then without a reply.

I also scheduled a Google Meet video call for 25 June on their calendar and cleared my schedule for this call, only to find out that nobody cared. Nobody ever showed up for the call or apologized for not showing up.

@nmi: If you read this review, don't bother to reach out to me to remove this review. You had 13 days to respond to four of my emails or re-schedule the confirmed video call.

As the other reviews say, stay away from this company. They are entirely fraudulent. They will charge you false charges and automatically debit your checking account for no reason at all. Be very careful with this company, as once they have your banking details, they will drain your account.

Be careful as they have a ton of fake reviews online.

This gateway is fraud company.

I am a reseller, build website for clients.
We set up couple of websites on NMI gateway, the api is very hard to integrate. no service or help provided.

Then surprising thing happened, NMI decided to charge reseller $100 per month, if you do not submit businesses to NMI.

It is a single side announcement, and I get charged 3 month, total $300.

Ask refund, and NMI said they are bill every reseller $100 per month, it is a new policy. Never get any refunds.

Stay away from this company. NMI is fraud company.

NMI is the biggest scam and fraud…

NMI is the biggest scam and fraud company.They will approve you very easily.Once you are approved and start your business and as soon as your payments goes high they will block your account and all your money.If you call them they will not respond and by any chance if you are able to connect with them they will straight away say that you will not get your money.Big scammers..so please think twice before doing any business with them.

No accountability or care for customers

Software is good so far and tech team is reachable and seems knowledgeable. HOWEVER, after we registered (a rather lengthy process with bank underwriting), and set up all systems, we were informed that porting customer data from Stripe to NMI is broken.

This was surprising since before registering we were told via email that it could be done in 1-2 days.

For three weeks NMI refused to commit to a completion date. They gave consistently vague responses: "I do not have an update... but I will let you know when I have more information."

I was told that I'm not allowed to speak to the "security team" manager of the project.

Finally, I got a customer support manager on the phone and she allegedly got the "security team" to commit to completing it the next week. However, they again did nothing.

It's now been an entire month with essentially zero effort given to resolving this.

It's become clear that fixing the issue is low priority and the company simply hasn't dedicated resources to it. Feels like a bait and switch and has created costly issues for our business.

Lack of accountability or dedication to customer care seem to be a real issue. Very unfortunate. Beware.
