Nöa and Nani Avis 

Fabulous mid sleeper bed. Easy to put together, solid and beautiful. Great choice for my 5 and 3 year old daughters.

I am completely disappointed.

We moved into our new house today and had ordered this bed for our daughter - when we came to put it together not only was the wood paint chipped but the slats were missing from the box so we couldn’t put it together. We have now had to stay with family tonight instead of in our new house as our daughter had no bed to sleep in.

There is no contact number and no way to get in touch apart from email that takes 2 working days to reply. This is insane and terrible service.

We were looking for a sideboard to fit in the space beneath the TV in our lounge. I was shopping around online for a long time, but most sideboards were either too long or too deep. Then I found the Leines sideboard from Noa and Nani. I checked the measurements and made sure it fit. It perfect in the lounge and to my surprise it clears both of the mains sockets which means we can still get to them! The sideboard came in two boxes and it was very easy to put together, with clear and simple instructions — we only made one mistake which was putting the shelves the wrong way round so the doors would not close, however thankfully this was easily remedied. I was pleasantly surprised that the sideboard is solid wood, as a lot of flatpack furniture is thin and flimsy. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Great shoe cabinet, compact and fits neatly but lots of space inside. Received it promptly and as always, great experience buying from noa and nani!

Noa and Nani have always made practical and stylish items. I recently purchased with them and the communication and aftercare has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great product! My son loves his bunk bed. Easy enough to build, instructions were easy to use. Delivery driver was great as well. No issues at all everything was great

Avoid used to be a good reliable business with good quality furniture untill I had an issue. Now iv got a bed with no mattress and my child sleeping on the floor. Costomers service response is shocking and there in no rush to help. Been purchasing my furniture from them for the last 5 years and have spent quite alot of money with various orders. Really gone down hill.

Very poor experience. Ordered a bed frame largely based on the listed product weight. What turned up was completely different to advertised, less than half the weight. Very flimsy and lightweight. Seller messed about refusing to arrange a return and refund. Just don’t waste time, go to a proper established store.

The delivery company lost some boxes, causing a frustrating delay. However, the Noa & Nani customer service team was excellent—friendly, responsive, and kept me informed throughout. They quickly arranged replacements and turned a negative situation into a positive one.

My 3 little children are sleeping on mattresses on the floor in a completely empty room. Lottie Bed part found snapped when unpacking customer service are not getting back to me.
The Otto drawers are not fit for purpose the runners all break flimsy the ball bearings fall out and becomes a choking hazard for my baby.I will be retuning both Drawers I need return labels and refund as soon as it has been sent back as I do not have the finances to replace.
I ordered because my children had 2 beds from this company previously and they have lasted well. But the new furniture is not fit for purpose or if a problem arises you cannot correct it due to customer services

All in all a fab experience. The new bed arrived in a couple of days when estimated delivery was a week! Once arrived my husband set to work on building it. It was so reasonably priced we weren't expecting much, but the quality is fantastic, everything lined up perfectly to the pre-drilled holes etc. looks great all put together. Storage underneath is great. Good experience with no issues. Thankyou

I brought a bed which had missing parts and they were not able to supply me replacement and I only discovered these missing parts after assembly they want me to source new packaging to ship back for refund no offer of voucher or anything for the inconvenience for comparison Arte-N Furniture had the same mistake with another bed yet they were very apologetic and had new parts manufactured and offered a voucher. I would spend another penny on Noa and Nani
