The company only handles the bare…
The company only handles the bare minimum of landlord responsibilities things like cutting the grass and arranging the yearly window cleaning. Anything that goes wrong inside the apartment is treated as your problem, and they will quickly tell you to “use your insurance” instead of taking responsibility for repairs that normally fall under a landlord’s duties.
Accountability is a real issue. When it comes to maintenance, communication, or follow‑through, they consistently avoid taking ownership. At the end of the rental period, they also try to justify charges for “damage” that is really just normal wear and tear, and they push to take a significant amount from your deposit.
Future tenants should also be aware that they make you sign a €150 cleaning charge before you even move in. Because of that, I wouldn’t stress too much about leaving the place spotless they will charge you regardless.
Overall, the stay was fine, but the management practices, lack of accountability, and deposit handling make the experience feel far from fair for the price you pay
