And The web gave me a 9.00 am appointment but doors to clinic do not open until 9.15. Nomad need to sort out a malfunctioning website that wasted lots of my time.

Great staff, but obviously a company in trouble. We were in Bristol and the place looks abandoned. Our last visit two years ago - they had a receptionist, staff, stock of travel goods, pictures and posters on the wall. Now it’s drab, no receptionist, staff overworked, terrible first impression. Staff (1) was brilliant. Such a shame.
