No Regrets Studios Avis 

Discussed my first ever tattoo over a few weeks, sent lots of ideas over in advance to discuss at the time. We chatted, Zoya showed me how it would look before it was done. Checked orientation was what I wanted and because there was just the three of us we chatted all thru. I was expecting extreme pain but nothing.
Already planning my next one, and yes, I'll go to Zoya if she's free

From meeting for design with Owen and then tattoo, everything was perfect, great updates from Megan . This was my first tattoo and was made to feel at ease and relaxed. I enjoyed the whole experience and will be back for more. Highly recommended.

It has been several years since I last had a tattoo and I wasn’t sure how these things work anymore but this was an amazing experience and I’m so happy I booked with No Regrets!

At the initial consultation I was very vague with what I wanted and I admit I was a little worried I didn’t have any sketches from the artist before my actual appointment. An email to No Regrets soon helped as they explained they don’t send the ideas to you before hand as people have been known to take them elsewhere which made perfect sense. Instead, on the day of the appointment the artist had prepared two designs and was more than happy to talk through these before we started. The first design gave me goosebumps and I knew it was the one! Despite not being able to find a design I liked to show Igor he had somehow incorporated everything I wanted and even managed to add a unique twist I never would have thought of!

The whole process took most of the day as Igor at Epsom is a perfectionist and a wonderful artist - exactly what you want when something will be on your body forever!

At No Regrets everyone is welcoming and friendly, ensuring you are comfortable throughout. You can really tell the quality of the artists and the materials they use. Although my ideas didn’t fit with the designs on the online portfolios, they matched me with a wonderful artist and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Very pleasant experience as this was my first tattoo. Everything was explained and the final design updated as well as discussed how it would be done. Atalay was very professional and friendly. The design turned out as I wanted. The Team were very welcoming at the Bristol parlour. I would definitely use again if I decide to go ahead with another tattoo I have in mind.

Had my first two tattoos there like 15 & 13 years ago and they was well priced and no complaints. I'm ready to have more, so I book a consultation and go in to explain I want approx 2 x 6cm hearts made up of dots and writing. They quote me £390 and took a £60 deposit from me (I assume in the 10+ years I haven't had a tattoo the price has increased). However after telling several friends what I'm having done and the cost.. they was shocked and all said the different places they go are alot cheaper and amazing quality. So I ring and get some quotes and they was right.. I was quoted £120 with a £40 deposit. So I book with them and get in contact with no regrets to cancel my appointment in 3 weeks and get my deposit back. The response I received was them firstly calling me by a completely different name and saying I can't have a refund and something about my tattoo can be rescheduled because I'm within 2 weeks. So all information they provide is incorrect so even more glad I'm not having my tattoo there!! I told them fine if they want to keep my money they can as even with the new tattoo cost I still save £200 😲😲🤯🤯 I am a disabled woman and feel they have taken advantage. Please think twice before going to no regrets Cheltenham.

My experience with No Regrets and Zina, my tattooist, was Exceptional!!! This was my second tattoo and fourth visit to the London Studio. Zina once again guided me through the consultation, providing me with her artistic experience and advice while allowing me to convey my requirements, then moulding what would work regarding scale, style, and colouring, resulting in exactly what I was looking for: a masterpiece I cannot stop admiring. I have had multiple compliments already!! Zina is a true professional and so very nice to work with; I feel confident and comfortable as soon as we begin to collaborate. I would be remiss if I did not highlight the rest of the team. Alberto, Zia, Bailey, and Helene make the admin and studio visit hassle-free and Fun!! I recommend the No Regrets Experience to everyone. It is a 5 Star Experience !!

Knem is an amazing artist, super talented and really diligent - a perfectionist. Great experience and my thanks the wider No Regrets team.

Firstly i am very happy with the tattoo and artist. However the studio itself was slightly misleading with costs, I was told 4 hours, (calculated at 4 x £130 per hour in front of me) for my tattoo which I agreed to.

However after attending and recieving a total of 3 hours work (including prep work) and the artist having a 30 minute lunch break i was still charged for 4 hours, which was explained as a flat rate cost, even though it was calculated in front of me as 4 x £130, which gave the impression of an hourly rate and not a flat rate charge.

But I was not at any point told that 30 minutes of my paid time was paying for a 30 minute lunch break. In effect I paid £130 pound for a lunch break and an early finish.

Again, this is not in any way a poor review of the artist or work. But a disappointment in the way "No Regrets" operates, better explanation of costs would be advisable to future customers.

I chose the studio for location and expecting a premium service (especially for the high cost), but will not be returning for further work as very expensive in comparison to other city centre studios

Talented artist, diligent and experienced. Great attention to detail and great care taken. Leeds facility is well equipped, with plenty of space. All staff are polite and friendly. Would be a perfect score if it wasn’t for the consultation and preparation. I arrived an hour early as agreed in my consultation, but my artist did not arrive for another hour. He was then unprepared and we had to then plan and design on the fly, taking 2 hours which I had to pay for. Costing me significantly more than planned and only actually getting less than 4hrs actual tattoo time. So a great quality tattoo but overshadowed by the significant cost. Although I expected to pay more here for the quality work, I was expecting a premium service which was lacking, unfortunately.

A student of mine alleged he had his tatto performed at this studio. I enquired with the studio, and they were very helpful, and it turned out he was not being truthful. Very grateful for the openness, professionalism and support.

Overall, my second tattoo’s appointment was less apprehensive and paranoid. And it was a better experience. Even though this session wasn’t completely pain-free( used numbing cream to deplete the intensity). It was a great experience, as I have communicated my ideas about my design’s architecture and it was brilliant. Loved every moment and I have many more ideas to explore also, thanks

Brilliant Tattoo Studio, great artists and so well managed. Great team of people! I had a tattoo from Mary and the whole process was super smooth from the booking, design/consultation through to having the actual tattoo. Excellent communication throughout and the end result is beyond stunning. Would highly recommend to others, and I do!!!

For a studio that charges premium prices and promotes itself as a premium experience, the customer service falls well short. I wouldn't recommend it.

Communication was poor from start to finish. There was no phone number to contact the studio, and they don't respond to emails. When we arrived we were ignored while staff sat with headphones on. We couldn't tell who worked there. No atmosphere. No background music. As first-time customers, we weren't properly advised on aftercare, resulting in us having to cancel a spa trip we'd already booked.

The consultation happened during the appointment, stretching a two-hour booking into over four hours. I ended up with eight small tattoos, one of which was tattooed upside down. My friend is very happy with hers, but people can't even tell what mine are supposed to be.

I’ve just had my second tattoo with Zoya and wow! She’s the best! She’s totally transformed my body from all my scars from cancer surgery and treatments. I can now look in the mirror and be proud of how far I’ve come and not just see scars reminding me of my past. Thank you xxx

First class from start to finish, a friendly welcoming environment, where you can feel the artists enjoy their work. Giavanna patiently helped me adapt and tweak my design then brought it to life with so much care and attention the result was so good . I didn’t even care about the parking ticket that was waiting for me. I would highly recommend a visit you will honestly leave with no regrets other than where you parked .

Update 1st sept- still no feedback or responses from anyone at No Regrets, despite the replied comment on this review from the team stating they would be in touch.

I attended a consultation at No Regrets Edinburgh for a fairly large and detailed tattoo. I travelled to Edinburgh specifically for the appointment and the consultation with the artist who was actually excellent — he was friendly and helpful and I came away really looking forward to having the work done.
Unfortunately, the experience since then has been very disappointing. I was told at the consultation that management would contact me regarding pricing, availability and booking the sessions. I then received an email from management suggesting that if I'd already booked with the artist they looked forward to seeing me, which contradicted what I'd been told.
I replied explaining this and asking how I should proceed, but received no response. I subsequently contacted the studio/customer service again to explain the situation and provide feedback, and have still had no response.
It's a real shame because I was genuinely excited about having the tattoo done there and had a very positive impression of the artist. However, having to repeatedly chase just to find out how to actually book after attending a consultation doesn't give me much confidence going forward.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but after making the effort to take time off work to attend the consultation and then receiving no response to multiple attempts to contact the studio, I think the experience is worth sharing. Unfortunately, I'm now going to have to go elsewhere for the work.

I was gifted a tattoo from my son as a Xmas present ,I was delighted so i went in had a consultation with Hanz
Gave him a basic design of a celestial compass and ask him to spruce it up a bit that was 2 months ago, low and behold a Buddha appeared on it for some reason ,I asked him to remove it honestly looked as though he had copied and pasted it 5 mins before I came in. He then added a 2 square boxes and made a.star like a 6 year old would. I ask him to remove this as well because it looked terrible,he proceeded with the tattoo, his tablet ran out of battery as did his tattoo gun first tatt of the day .I asked him 3 times for the numbers in colour only tiny digits which he did not do, them proceeded to call me a liar and say I should have said which I did 3 times ,so he either has a short attention span or his ears are tattooed on.So if you have a consultation get a witness , the work was okay,The lady at reception makes a nice coffee though.I left raging and never even used a £50. Voucher no regrets sent me.
