So disappointed to learn that the company had understandably sold out of the Jubilee blanket. I enquired and had a reply the same day to say they were making more and one would be sent out to me immediately. The customer care was friendly and informal, yet still professional. The blanket was absolutely beautiful, well made and robust. I was thrilled with it. Wonderful company who try their best for their customer.

I love this company! Absolutely love my Platinum Jubilee Blanket. It’s so nice instead of using it for a picnic I hung it on the wall as fancy Queen decor! It’s a great size and really well made. A lovely item to cherish.

I ordered a Jubilee Picnic Blanket and was overjoyed to receive it very quickly in the post. It was very well made, a lovely big size and I felt it was great value for money. The fact that it was made in Great Britain was a huge bonus.

I had been following this company for some time but never purchased anything. I had seen their quirky and fun products in the media. I decided to order from them early February. I had a notification that Hermes were expecting my parcel. A week went by and nothing. My Hermes local driver is very good so it must be an issue with the company. I emailed to ask where it was to be told that the tracking link would be updated. 3 days and still nothing, I emailed again and asked where it was to be told my complaint would be sent onto the customer service team. I have been chasing every other day and nothing! It is now March and still no reply or update. What disgraceful service to take money from hard working customers, who try and support small businesses. Its only £18 but I have been robbed and treated poorly as well. How on earth can this company operate like this and feel NOTHING for its customers. I wish I had read these bad reviews before I ordered. Please dont make the same mistake.

The jumper is amazing and just what my son wanted. It was however I guess because of the time of year(Christmas) not delivered in the time scales specified and then no fault of the company delivered to the wrong address. I would however order from you again.

The designs are unique and quite fun to wear during festive times or as a considerate/personalised gift. I like the fact that it is “made in the UK” and the cause you may support by your purchase.

Ordered my second Xmas jumper from them this year for christmas jumper day at my office. Even though I ended up catching covid and couldn’t go still have no regrets on the purchase! Jumpers are thick and feel quality, arrived at the front end of the delivery window. Could be my 3rd next Christmas if the new designs catch my eye

Absolutely bang on - still haven't taken off my Christmas jumper and we're well into January, I don't care if that's bad luck because the knits are so high quality and warm I'd wear them 365 days if I could. Delivery was quick and profits also donated to charity! Great company will shop again
