Novus Homeshare Avis 

Had a epi dermaid cyst removed today at novus in wakefield, was really good the dr was great she made me feel at ease.thank you and the nurse that put me at ease and was straight forward,thank you again.dr Aveyard and nurse.

Avoid this agency at all costs.
This is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and show no regard for tenants' privacy or well-being.
The staff are rude and impolite, making communication stressful and unpleasant.
They repeatedly violated my privacy, sending different agents without my consent.
They carried out invasive works, including removing my shower without my agreement during Easter. They claimed they provided an alternative room, but they were unable to cover accommodation for two days, forcing me to arrange and pay for a hotel myself. In total, I ended up living in a hotel for more than a week because they failed to provide proper alternative arrangements.

This agency demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and care. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs.


I can’t rate homeshare highly enough. I only interviewed two people for my mum and both were perfect for her - chatty and caring. The young lady has been living with mum for a month now and it’s like one of her granddaughters has moved in.

You learn a lot when you live with and help with the care of an elderly person.
It is not easy though.
It is not very common in London.
Novus Homeshare helped me find 2 families I could homeshare with.

Novus is a very positive & helpful team who have been a very good support to both of us .
It’s been such good thing for me & lovely that we have become genuine friends, the companionship is great , it good for both we got for drinks , cinema.....
for give 10 hours a week of your team week in exchange for very affordable living which is especially great thing in London. Novus are there there if either of us need support .... The team are very helpful , I would highly recommend Novus Homeshare

No us home share have always been print , polite and efficient when ever I have contacted them.
I am trying to get a home-share for my elderly mother.

I was very satisfied with Novus.
My only problem was; the lady who I chosed she have been introduced well. But nothing was about her daughter, who is chain smoker, and she was living in the house as well.

I am non smoker.

Sounds like a lovely idea, but in reality (at least in my case) it was horrendous!

The staff were very helpful, and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. It is something that should be expanded and publicised so that more people know about it.

I felt that they did a great job at matching me up with a homesharer, but didn't anticipate the amount of guidance and support of living with someone who has no family involved in their care would take. I felt very lost at times and learned quickly that the answers I would receive from Novus would be inadequate to my needs so stopped turning to them for help and advice and turned instead to social services and a care agency, having to learn to navigate the system for such things on my own. So great in the process in matching me up but severely lacking during the actual experience.

The householder didn't know what they want from me and they just gave it a try and accepted to host me. They didn't know that my role isn't a carer there. And I just stayed for three months and had to find another place! So it was an experience that distract me from my studies.
