Very happy with the service. Harold was totally upfront about costs and options. Arrived on time. Was polite and helpful. Suggested a workaround for my noisy system that was cheaper than replacing parts. A breath of fresh air!

If only the industry is more like Harold. Fantastic experience from first contact to completion of the job (fan replacement): prompt quotation and communication on WhatsApp, expert knowledge in diagnosing the problem, respect for our home, nice and polite, efficient working. All underpinned by a commendable repair first ethos. Highly recommended and will come back to him for our next servicing for sure.

My Nuaire system fan was broken. Harold diagnosed the problem, and was able to book me in for an appointment on short notice. He was very nice and professional and fixed the system in around an hour or so. I’m very impressed with the service! I would highly recommend to anyone!

The best and speedy way to contact Harold is via WhatsApp, communication via email will take some days to get a response. Our Nuaire unit is over 10 years old and was getting a bit noisy than normal, Harold explained its probably need a service or fan replacement, for transparency he quoted both costs. Once we have agreed on a date and time for his visit, he promptly arrived on time. I found him to be honest, experience and reliable, answered all my questions, although he had with him the fans incase a replacement is required, he said the unit just need a good clean and air flow rebalance to each room is required, even said you only need to service the unit every five years but need to change the filters regularly.
I highly recommend Harold and will definitely use him again when required.

Harold was so responsive when our MVHR broke down. He replaced the fan which we knew was broken and also told us it looked like another fan was on the way out so he also replaced that one. Really polite and helpful and very thorough in his work. Would 100% recommend him and his fees are much more reasonable than these big companies who charge thousands of ££s.

I had a leak coming from my bedroom air vent, and my estate management team thought it was likely a fault with my MVHR unit. I reached out to Nuaire Repair for an inspection.
Harold arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. After inspecting the unit, he found there was actually nothing wrong with the MVHR system. But what really stood out was he went out of his way to look for signs of a leak elsewhere and made useful suggestions on what should be checked instead.
Throughout the whole visit, he was polite, professional and genuinely seemed to care about getting to the bottom of the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Harold's service. I'll admit, I was nervous at first, having never met him or used his services, trusting solely his website and reviews. However, he was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable about the drimaster unit we have. Harold worked until the unit was fixed and left the area, clean and tidy just as he had found it. He was responsive on WhatsApp which he shared the invoice on, which was convenient. If you are sitting on the fence, no need! Book Harold in for a trust worthy service.
