Nu Mind Wellness Avis 

Was looking for product to run alongside HRT to help with the onset of anxiety etc, came across NuMind Menopause supplements and thought would give a try. Been taking for about 6mths and can see a marked difference in my anxiety and peri-meno symptoms. Love the fact the supplements are pre packaged for your daily dose too. Deffo would recommend

My first meditation for awareness of anxiety and hopefully greater ease was a huge success. I never had such a long period of 8 hours feeling at greater relaxation and ease within myself in memory. It was a peak experience in mental health. I am not sure I was fully conscious through but I was fully lucid. Hey, what we let go of is less important than feeling good about feeling good 👍

It was not a good experience with product and service.

I've noticed a difference in the first couple of weeks of taking the supplements, though primarily Ive taken the product to help me reduce anxiety symptoms, Nu Mind has actually worked wonders with my meteorosensitivity - it has helped me through cold winter weather as I have difficulty keeping my levels up during foggy rainy days.. this product has really made a difference and I feel much calmer & energised.

Im still waiting to see the long term benefits, but seeing the results has definitely boosted my confidence and is making me feel better.

I have been taking Numind stress and anxiety support now for 6 months and have recently changed to the Stress and anxiety support with added lice bacteria and could not recommend it more, it is very convenient having them delivered on a monthly basis, with all capsules in one small place ready to take with me to work to have with lunch, so much cheaper then buying them seperately and more convenient and timely having them in one sachet as apposed to multiple tubs, would definitely recommend

Certainly seems to have some effects. A couple weeks in (in conjunction with meditation) and I am feeling less jittery/on edge.

So far so good, as it seems to be taking the edge off my anxiety, but it's early days yet, so I'll keep up the good work

A wonderful product that helped me at a difficult time in my life (coming to terms with the loss of my father) and the live bacteria version made me realise the importance of gut health. I credit this product with making me feel better over the 6 months that I took it. I'm just having a break for now but may return to this fabulous supplement. Will and his team have created something that really helps when you face dark times. If you are struggling, give it a try. It might work for you too.

I have been taking the menopause support for 3 months now and my sleep has improved, which has improved the brain fog. I take it alongside my HRT and I honestly noticed a difference when I didn't have any for a week, so I will continue to take it now and subscription means I won't run out again. I would recommend it as part of an overall menopause support system

I have just finished my first month of the de-stress and I honestly feel different already. As a busy mum and lack of sleep I often feel snappy and on edge, I’ve been feeling much calmer the last few weeks. I also feel less anxious when I am out. I’m really looking forward to seeing how I feel in a few months, but so far I’m very happy with this product

I was using NuMind for a few months and found that it did keep my anxiety under control. I didn’t realise that it was helping me at first until it dawned on me that I had felt calmer for a longer period of time than usual. I did recently unsubscribe to try another cheaper alternative but found that it did not suit me well, causing digestive problems and a feeling of anxiety creeping back in. My anxiety has definitely got worse and I feel that is is because I havnt been taking the NuMind supplements for around a month. I have now re-subscribed back to NuMind as spending that bit more money is worth it for me considering the help it has given me. I would recommend NuMind to anyone struggling. Customer service has always been helpful and has a caring & supportive approach.
