Ticks all the boxes
NGX were very efficient and kept you updated during every stage of the process.
Within 2 weeks of taking the bodyfuel I felt a difference in energy levels, found it much easier to wake up in the mornings and didn’t feel drained throughout the day. Would highly recommend this product to anyone. Suitable for your average person that just wants an energy boost throughout the day and for top end athletes! My hair, skin and nails are also in the best condition they’ve ever been in so it’s a win win for me!

A nutrition product that really works
I've been using NGX for over a year and I have experimented with periods of using it / not using it, and testing it against other products in the market (which are not tailored for me). I can honestly say on the days I have my NGX shake in the morning, I am more energised, productive, sharper, and generally just a better version of me.

A very negative experience -the shake itself aside
I was asked to write a review following my report from Nutri-Genetix.
Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by my experience for the following reasons:
- Using the website was a negative experience (each time I selected my flavour from the homepage, it automatically changed to a different flavour in my cart, there was no size guide for the t-shirt and so the one I received was too small, when registering for my test the 'submit' button did not work on smartphone so I had to re-register using a desktop, the 'Live Chat' stated I would get a response within x minutes however it just closed the chat after twenty).
- My starter pack bundle was clearly advertised as "28 meals at just £1 each", however the actual cost of the Body Fuel with 28 meals' worth is £69.98, and I can't quite get my head around this (NB I did get a discount making my actual payment £55.98 so 28 meals at £2 each)
- The Personalised Report is heavily marketed as personalised, however mine stated that I had a high likelihood of gluten intolerance and to avoid cereals in one part. However in two other parts (Vitamin D and B12) I was recommended to eat cereals. In the case of B12 I was told I need a "very highly increased" amount of B12, and cereals was one of only two foods I was recommended to get it. This made the report feel quite standardised rather than personalised.
- The shaker was really poor quality. The cap does not fix down securely and so leaks when used, and the mesh part does not fit in the shaker properly.

Raising your first point about the website issues, thank you for your feedback. We are aware of some of these problems and have been working to fix these to improve the purchase journey for our customers. We hope to have them resolved as a matter of priority.
On your second point regarding the price of BodyFuel, our £1 per meal offer is based on the price of our Starter Pack (£129.99) which includes the price of our DNA Kit (£99.99). This makes the price of BodyFuel £1 per serving/meal for our introductory offer. Alongside this, there was another offer bringing your Stater Pack down to £103.
Regarding the Personalised Nutrition Report, we are constantly improving our report (both with the latest scientific evidence and updating our gene panel) but we have not yet personalised the food sources based on genetic results. We agree this would be a good step forward, and we will take your feedback on thoroughly.
As for the shaker, I am very sorry about this and I have now ordered a replacement shaker for you. Do let us know if this one is any better!

No customer service (UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED)
UPDATE: Sometimes things go wrong, but the most important thing is how a business tries to put things right. NGX has been fantastic since my original review. They contacted me to apologise for the problems I experienced. They dealt with the problem. Everything has run smoothly since then. My report was fascinating and informative. I have just had a really positive call with Rebecca, who seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I am excited to start using BodyFuel!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately I can't speak to anyone regarding my order. I emailed on 11 October but haven't received a reply. I have tried the live chat several times but no one is there. Their telephone number goes to answering machine. I posted my test kit 7 days ago but haven't received confirmation that it has arrived. I received the t-shirt but no shaker. It isn't looking good. I hope I receive the report and products that I've paid for.

Thank you for leaving this review - although not quite the 5* experience I would like to see. We strive to provide an excellent service throughout the entire journey of being with NGX and it is clear on this occasion the communication has not been up to standard.
This is an issue that I must take full responsibility for. I oversee every customer onboarding and deal with all queries, questions and issues that comes into NGX. Reviewing your communications and respective issues, they have been caused by a change of number that has led to an inability to access calls and crucial apps to see incoming messages.

With respect to the shaker, we do not send the shaker out on the first order. We send out the DNA Nutrition Test and T-Shirt. Once your report and personalised nutrition is ready, we then send this out with your flavour and shaker to bring NGX on-the-go.

Amazing product for mental and physical Heath and weight loss.
The dna report is really in depth and also shows important Information in simple format. It was easy to follow and to receive a supplement that supports my individual need was brilliant. Really fast delivery. Great taste. More importantly I feel hugely improved physically and mentally. I have more energy, lost lots of weight, less bloated and generally feel me again. Really amazing product.

Best meal replacement ever!
I love the flavour of the berry NGX and it has helped massively in my fitness and weight loss goals. I have been using the shakes on a daily basis for 2 years now and I’ll be definitely be continuing to do so.

Great idea
The DNA test was relatively simple. I got some interesting insights from it and my body fuel arrived without any problems. Mixed with cocoa and coconut it's really tasty.

NGX helped me train for a 100 mile ultramarathon with great success. Now in my mid forties, my body has not been in such good condition since my early 20's. My running abilities keep improving fueled by NGX.
