Shake tastes horrendous. Powder does not blend properly even with a nutribullet. Definitely not worth the money - much better options out there.

I don’t believe most of these reviews. This shake tastes terrible. I’ve tried everything to reduce the grainy powdery feel but nothing works. Avoid like the plague. I wish there were more honest reviews as it was very expensive.

The GL1 powder is very thick when made to the directions on the packet. You definitely need more water for the amount of powder.

Otherwise it’s pretty good. Flavours other than chocolate would be good.

I’ve been looking for a protein supplement that suited my needs. I wanted something low calorie while also being high in protein, and something that filled me up. I’m so happy I’ve come across the Glo up 1 powder! It tastes amazing and completely fills me up all morning. I would recommend blending with a frozen banana and with whatever supplements you use! I have been using nuut protein powders for the past few yeas. I love them all. In conjunction with my training, I feel amazing. The plant-based chocolate powders are the best I've tried. Great flavour, easily dissolved and don't upset my stomach.

Glo-Up-1 is a very tasty drink which is easy to take first thing in the morning. With 35g Protein per serve and 1/3 a many essential vitamins and electrolytes, I find it sits very easily with my tummy issues and works great in conjunction with my medication. At only 200 Kcal its a great way to get a good start to the day especially when on a busy schedule.

I’ve been buying this protein meal replacement for a couple of years and it’s still as delicious as ever! My only criticism which is more of a tip, is to get product on subscription - it’s so much cheaper and bypasses all of the potential delivery issues. My main subscription product is the Paleo blend, but I just ordered the new glp-1 friendly Protein powder as well!

Ordered over £100 of shakes in November 2023. After 2 months I decided to cancel the order and get shakes elsewhere. I did receive a mail back asking if I was sure, as they would have stock shortly, I responded with a yes, please process the refund - then nothing. Can’t call as the supplier number is incorrect. I have emailed numerous times to enquire about processing the refund but nothing as of end of March. I wonder if they are going bust. My advise to all. Look around, there are better alternatives, that don’t cheat you out of your money.

Let me start by sharing my frustration with Nuut, a company that boasts an exceptional product but fails miserably in the realm of customer service. It’s disheartening to witness how their monopoly in the market has led to a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Attempting to get in touch with Nuut is like shouting into a void. The contact number doesn't connect and you can't get through, and emails seem to vanish into thin air. If, by some stroke of luck, you do receive a response, it’s delayed and lacking in substance, leaving you wondering if they even care about your concerns.

My patience wore thin when I realized I’d been waiting for my order for close to two months, only to be informed that they were out of stock. The promise of a restock within a week felt like a cruel joke, highlighting Nuut’s insensitivity to their customers’ time and loyalty.

Nuut needs a wake-up call. It’s not just about their bottom line; it’s about treating their customers with respect and dignity. Their lack of investment in customer service leaves a sour taste in my mouth and makes me question their priorities.

I urge Nuut to take a long, hard look at their practices and invest in improving their customer service. Otherwise, they risk losing customers like me to competitors who value their patrons and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

As much as I love their product, I can’t ignore the frustration and disappointment caused by their neglectful attitude towards customer service. Nuut, it’s time to step up your game before it’s too late

I haven't received my subscription since August 2023! Emailed many times and had absolutely no help from Customer Service. They obviously don't need my loyalty to this brand, which makes excellent protein shakes. I will set up a subscription with another company who appreciates their customers.

Nuut takes your money for an order but then fails to dispatch.

If you are lucky you may get some updates when you email them and they claim to not have any stock in the UK but say it is on the way and will then be sent out and either claim there has been a delay in the production line or UK customs.

I placed the last order around 12th Nov 2023 for which I have been charged in full and now 2 months on I still do not have what I ordered.

To add insult to this, they pretty much send out marketing emails delay trying to get you to place another order and will encourage this via discounts etc yet they have no stock to fulfil existing orders.

When I first started to use Nuut in 2020, orders were sent out promptly with no issues but now each time there is always an issue and excuses being made.
I think if they do not have stock then they should not take money from customers until they dispatch orders.

I am starting to think they may be in financial difficulty and are trying to keep getting orders that they will not fulfil.

I had an email from them on 21/12/23 to say orders would be sent out after Boxing Day but no such luck and having sent an email a week ago to enquire on an update,
I have been ignored.

I placed my order in November spending £139 and it’s never arrived. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund but no response. Avoid this company and get your shakes from somewhere else, appalling customer service.

The shake are great. Tasty, healthy and great as meal replacements. But the service of this company is bad! And these shakes aren't cheap either.
You literally have no idea when your order is going to turn up. To be fair, it always has turned up, but some have taken a few days, but usually they take weeks, with chasing up needed and who knows when you'll get a response to those queries too. Other times only part of the order has turned up, more chasing needed.
I want to keep buying this product but the service seems to be getting worse over time. Currently waiting for an order to arrive from 7 weeks ago ....!

AVOID!!!! Same as other people have said, I would give zero stars if that was an option. I placed my order over 5 weeks ago, spending £82.50 and still haven’t received it. There’s no phone number for customer services, no one is responding to my countless emails. Shocking. I will now need to contact my bank to try to get my money back.
