Hello Charline,
You booked Through book Yoga retreat, you payed them and they have a very clear no refound policy
That said, maybe it’s fair to mention the truth: you asked to come with your dog, and I said yes, with the condition that he was only allowed in your single room and in the garden, as some people may have allergies or feel uncomfortable with dogs in the house. You confirmed you understood this, as you told me you are allergic to cats.
On the first day, you brought your dog into the yoga space, and of course we asked you to put him outside. The dog kept barking, and you said you could not do the training because you needed to stay with him at all times. Even during the welcoming circle, you had to leave midway to attend to him, as he could not be left alone. I encouraged you to spend the night and give it a try, but you decided to leave that same evening because you could not leave your dog in the room or outside.
It’s also important to mention that we had other inquiries for single rooms, but since yours was reserved, those could not be taken. This is exactly why deposits exist, to cover such situations when a room is held but the guest decides not to stay. Book yoga retreats has a very strict policy when it comes to refunds
This is a serious yoga teacher training, not a holiday retreat. Please don’t put us in such a position, as we are a small company and our whole team works very hard to provide high-standard trainings.
You stayed with us less than 5 hours, so you could defenetly not tell the level of quality we are providing
