NYK1 Secrets Avis 

I’ve had three eye infections in 7 weeks! All in three different part of my eyelids. Constant styes are not worth the long lashes….. I’m using disposable applicator each time as well. Never had this problem with the other lash serum I have used. Will go back to my old brand.

The salt and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner are really great products and well worth the money for the quality and size of bottles. Lasts a good 2-3 months. My hair has become much shinier and less frizzy, sometimes no need to straighten at all. It smells really good too, coconut vibes! My hair has also grown a lot more which means my hair is not as dry due to using hair dye. Would definitely recommend both products and I have already purchased for a second time. Great customer service too and quick delivery, was dealing with Krissy who is really great!

Have never tried a Lash Serum prior to using Lash force but have to say results are amazing. It took a while to get any noticable results but once they did everyone I spoke to commented! Love my lashes and NYK1

If you want to pay money for a product that never arrives - carry on & order!!
They state delivery within 1-3 days but after 7 days of waiting and an e-mail threatening opening a PayPal dispute, they respond after 18 hours.
For that reason I can say really bad customer service. Can’t comment on the product but after reading the past reviews on the lash serum I am so pleased I never received it!

Really loving my new lashforce serum. Not used before and still early days but I’ve seen great results on others and it’s really helping me to take a bit more care when getting ready. Really easy to apply and the customer service from Krissy has been great, very friendly and full of helpful tips. Love such a personal service, thank you!

During an illness I lost all body hair, including my eyelashes, and my eyelashes never grew back properly, and were too pathetic to even try enhancing them with mascara. I was recommended NYK1 eyelash serum a few weeks ago, and i can hardly believe the result. IMy upper lashes are now as good as they were before my illness. I've had less success with my lower lashes to date, but I've only been using the product for about 3 weeks, and had no lower lashes to start with. I've already re-ordered, because I definitely don't want to run out!

Wanted to say thanks to Krissy for her fab customer service. I had been using the eye lash serum for 6 months and had amazing results. For some reason I just started to get a reaction to the serum and contacted customer services. Krissy responded immediately and after a few email exchanges suggested I don't use the product and offered me a full refund. I have to day I purchased the serum a few months prior. I am gutted that I got a reaction as its the only one that ever worked. Thanks Krissy for your help

MY EYES ARE SOOO RED and itchy. I used it last night and this has never happened before but I think they've changed the ingredients and it's made my eyes super sore. I've itched my eyes so much to the point where my eyelashes have come out ( the ones which grew longer) Why are my eyes still itchy 15 hours later ahhhhhhhhh I'm dying my eyes r burningggg

I purchased the NYK1 Salt Free Sulphate Free Aftercare Shampoo and Conditioner Keratin Colour. Seen it advertised on Amazon, looked up some reviews and it seemed a good product. Unfortunately the shampoo didn't suit my hair but the conditioner was very good at removing the knots but because I couldn't wash all the shampoo out properly, my hair wasn't right when I dried it. I contacted customer services and Krissy assisted me, very professional, took time to look into my concerns and I was provided with a full refund. Although this particular product wasn't for me, I will certainly buy something else as the customer service was first class, thank you.

This is the second tube I have bought. I have very fair hair and complexion so you can barely see my lashes! I'm really pleased with the before and afters (despite not taking photos).
I would definitely recommend using this and the brow serum.

I bought NYK1 eyelash serum because it had great reviews on Amazon. Those must have been bought reviews... I am convinced these here on Trustpilot are purchased too.

After using the serum my eyes got red and sore. I thought I applied too much, so next time I applied a tiny bit - same thing. I have used eyelash serums in the past (different brands) - I have never had such problems. And I have never been allergic to any cosmetics.

The redness and soreness of my eyes inspired me to read the 1 star reviews on Amazon - there was quite a lot of them and all ladies described the same issue. Some even mentioned that their eyelashes got weaker and they got pore infection!

That also inspired me to check where the product manufactured - China!

Beware of this brand. They sell dangerous products. This is a total rip off.

After having eyelash extensions my eyelashes were reduced to short and stumpy... So after the lovely Astrid in Instagram recommended... I used my code and have been using this wonder serum for 8 weeks morning and night... I noticed a difference after 5 weeks and my eyelashes are full and long and everyone is noticing... Amazing product and will now try on my brows too xx

Si appoggiano a un corriere chiamato Royal Mail che non fornisce alcun numero o mail per essere contattato, dice solo spedito e da 30 gg non da aggiornamenti, anzi sul sito riporta di farsi contattare dal venditore. Aperta oggi controversia su paypal.

Aggiornamento: Oggi al 10/09/2021 la merce è finalmente arrivata. da 3 giorni lavorativi ce ne son voluti "SOLO" 35. Ho dovuto inoltre sostenere costi di import per 8€ e costi di diritti postali per 5€. Che non capisco per quale motivo li debba sostenere io. CON ME QUESTI SIGNORI HANNO CHIUSO.

I bought this on recommendation. I have fairly sensitive eyes, so applied it with a degree of trepidation and a big dose of antihistamine! My eyes felt a little itchy about 5 mins after application which soon settled and after a few applications, disappeared completely. I started to see results after around 6 weeks. I have now been using this serum for 3 months and can honestly say, my lashes have never been so long, full and curly. My beautician was amazed and has now ordered some for herself. I no longer need to wear mascara. It is rare for me to write a review but this product is so good, it deserves recognition. I will be buying this again. You just have to be patient and apply twice daily to see amazing results. I still cant believe it.

Bought this product after reading several good reviews and seeing the product on social media. I used the product for 3 days and then had a really bad allergic reaction. I could barely open my left eye. My GP told me the reaction was due to the serum. I have email the customer service couple of times without a refund. Do not buy! I also see them pay influencers on social media platform to talk bad about other brands. I'm sure their reviews are fake as well. Not happy at all!

I've always loved lashforce and had great results, I've gone through seven tubes over the years but the most recent one just hasn't worked and has made my eyes really itchy and sting-y. Also, the tube of serum has a weird smell, which I thought was my bathroom sink drain, like sulphur. I think I have a bad batch, I've emailed customer service but not heard back yet, so fingers crossed they can help me as it's an expensive waste of money otherwise. Have given two stars because of this

NYK1 Lash Force Eyelash Growth Serum is beyond incredible with its results! I have tried a few different brands and this is by far the most effective with amazing visible results. Lashes are fuller, thicker and wow ... LONGER!!!! I really do rate this product very highly and cannot recommend it enough!!! The customer service is excellent too! Great product. Great brand. I have only been using NYK1 lash serum for 10 days and my lashes are full and long , this is much better than any serum I have used before including the really expensive ones. I will definitely be buying more

Pleased to report that the eyelash serum is actually working! I've always had short lashes and wanted to try Revitlash. But it was quite pricey for the amount so thought I'd give NYK1 a go. Best decision I've made! Brilliant serum. It took me about 1 month to grow the lashes.
