I have no problem with ordering or…Disappointment😡
I have no problem with ordering or receiving the product I ordered, and the wait was not too long. However, the product itself is not the same as the product I have bought all my life, from 19 yrs of age to 71 yrs in April this year. I had already received 3 bottles from the same place and I told them off because one exploded all over us when we opened it. The next shock was it was nothing like the perfume I had bought all my life. They have changed the ingredients of some things which makes me sneeze like my nose was stuck to it for goodness sake. I will now look at having it made elsewhere and pay 3 times what you charged. Anything to get the correct one. I did this in 2013, and it was perfect.

Shipping is not fast
I ordered from this site because it says FAST shipping. My order hasn’t been processed, it’s been 3 days. . Still haven’t received an email as to what is happening with my order. The site said that my items would be coming from Christchurch ... looks like they are not!
No fast shipping. Don’t be drawn to their sale scheme unless you mind waiting around

Purchased products because it stated they would be shipped from their Christchurch warehouse. However after a week, I got the tracking details and it was coming from Australia. Arrived 16 days after purchase date. And I DID CHECK THAT AND READ ABOUT WHERE THE PRODUCTS WOULD BE SHIPPED FROM, and I also USED THE LIVE CHAT FUNCTION BEFORE PURCHASING

As mentioned in the product's description, the product would be shipped from Australia and delivery time-frame is up to 14 business days. As per AUS Post tracking, your parcel has been delivered within 14 business days. If you have a screenshot or chat transcript as a proof that the product which you have purchased would be shipped from Christchurch then please email it to us, and we will give you a full refund for your purchase.
