Really easy to upgrade our phones with Stephen in the Meadowhall branch of o2 and he was definitely not a pushy sales person like most. This made us want to buy from him

Excellent customer service, quick and easy
After multiple calls to customer services relating to my sim not working correctly to receive text messages I visited the store and sat down with Mason who was very friendly, helpful and managed to resolve my issue and replace my SIM card and regain full service to my phone. He went above and beyond in supporting me and was a quick and easy process, it was nice to speak to someone in person who was able to help.
