At Nottinghm, victoria mall centre. The employee Serena was amazing, she handled my complicated "moving number" from another company was full patience and support, she was kind and she was the best this company representing this particular branch

Serena at 02 made me feel welcome and clarified any confusion in regards to swapping my number over from EE to 02 fantastic service and was attentive from the moment I walked into the store. Usually when I enter phone stores I get a very dismissive vibe but not here.
