Very helpful, after 4 days of frustration finally it is sorted out by Albright. Thanks for his patience it took around more than 1 hour to solve my problem.

I went to the Trafford Centre Branch and had the most amazing person who worked there called Albright. He was very knowledgable and patient, excellant customer service. A credit to O2.
