Oak Furniture Company Avis

Communication and delivery was first class

My daughters purchased the dressing table for my birthday, it looks fabulous, just what I was looking for. So I then purchased two bedside tables to match, I am so pleased with them that I plan to add to the collection. Well made and beautiful looking furniture. Extremely quick delivery, fantastic.

As I already own several pieces in the Toulouse range I knew what I was buying. The furniture is solid, well built and has a beautiful finish. Wooden throughout including floors of drawers and backs; all tongue and groove joints (as proper wooden furniture should be). This was the first time I have bought from the Oak Furniture Company. I was kept informed throughout, right up to date of delivery when you are given a three hour time slot. I paid for the wardrobe to be assembled and the delivery team where excellent. Great service, competitive prices, would buy from them again and would highly recommend.

Good honest company

Excellent bed we really like it.

The delivery was excellent with all boxes ticked

Good communication and delivered in decent time.

Easy to purchase and quick delivery, no complaints at all

Delighted with the quality of our Oak furniture. Transforms our bedroom. It is sometimes a bit of a risk buying direct off the internet but I'm happy to say we made a good choice with this company.
Service was as expected these days - smooth and painless and all delivered on time. Happy to recommend and will no doubt use them again.

Really love this coffee table... Looks great.. And very well made. Would definitely buy from Oak Furniture again.

Everything was fine until I realised that the bed legs that distribute the weight were missing. I informed the team immediately but over a week later I am still awaiting the legs and until they arrive I am left with a very nice but unusable bed.

Absolutely love the furniture. Great quality and easy to fit together. Delivered within 2 weeks.

Although there was a problem with the initial unit supplied, this company really went out of their way to fix the problem speedily and efficiently. Within 24 hours hours of having a problem reported, they visited the warehouse to unwrap and photograph other units so I could decide the best option for me, delivered the new unit and picked up the old one. What I have ended up with is a piece of furniture that is exactly what I wanted and looks lovely in my new living room.

It was easy to order and pay for my purchase online, e-mail communication was prompt and clear, and delivery was within the estimated 2 weeks. The delivery service included is superb. Two gentlemen delivered my purchase to the room of my choice, unpacked it and took all the packaging away with them. I will shortly be buying more furniture from this company.

I went to 4 providers for 2 each Loire Double Wardrobes, 2over3Chest of Drawers and Bedside Cabinets. OFC were best price and delivery, installed and a great quality product. Thank you.

Beautiful piece of furniture, prompt delivery.

Prompt delivery and a very high quality, solid oak product.

I bought a six drawer Pacific Ash Wellington last year, and liked it so much I've just bought another one. Good quality, delivery straightforward, would recommend.
