Saw a three piece suite that we liked at a good price, bought it and it was delivered a couple of days later. All in all a great service. I have bought a lot of furniture from Oak Furniture UK over the years and have never been disappointed

Delivery in less than a week!
From ordering to delivery in less than a week! It's the shortest time I've ever had to wait for a delivery of a major furniture purchase. The communication was excellent and friendly throughout, and the furniture was in perfect condition on delivery. Lovely quality furniture although the Bergen chairs are surprisingly low for the table height in the same range, which puts the food at cheat level. This is more a design problem by Bentleys rather than the retailer.

Great range of quality products at fair prices
We found this furniture retailer after trawling the internet and couldn't believe it was on our doorstep. They are a small independant family business, so don't expect a polished sales patter! That said, they couldn't be more helpful, and have a great knowledge around the quality products they sell. Delivery and assembly went beyond expectations. Great all round service.

Quality oak furniture
Nice website and easy to use. Ordering was easy and delivery times were very acceptable. Quality and look of the furniture we bought is excellent. We particularly wanted a narrower blanket box which was difficult to find but oak furniture had just the right one. One very small point at delivery, room of choice was not offered but having asked the delivery team they placed the furniture exactly where we wanted them.

All the purchases arrived at the same…
All the purchases arrived at the same time. They were exceptionally well packed. They were then unpacked and placed in the locations we wished. The driver then asked us to inspect all items for damage etc. The leftover packaging was then cleared up and taken away.

I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars for this company. As the usual courier couldn't deliver on the day I had taken off work, the owner personally delivered & assembled the furniture for me. Said furniture was all extremely well packaged to prevent damage in transit & there wasn't a mark on anything. The owner is very pleasant & helpful & I wouldn't hesitate in making further purchases from this company in the future. Furniture is well-priced compared to other establishments i had visited...
