Overall a good experience with Oakwood…
Overall a good experience with Oakwood Property Solicitors. We were kept informed of the situation the majority of the time. On some occasions, we felt a telephone call would have been more effective than an email, based on time critical elements. We did have to do some chasing in regards to the completion date as this changed due to the chain, however we could usually get a quick response from Gemma.
Thank you for carrying out the work on our house purchase.

Very prompt and professional
I have to say dealing with initially Rebecca and then mostly Melissa Edwards for my transaction was a breath of fresh air. They acted promptly and professionally in all matters and kept me up to date regularly. I try and use local solicitors where possible, so was a little dubious when using these guys who the broker recommended, but it was a very pleasant and swift transaction.

Wow, house purchased in 8wks!
Oakwood solicitors assisted us in our house purchase. From Starr to finish Oakwoods we're fantastic. They kept us updated every step of the process and were very friendly and professional. Emily who was dealing with our purchase was amazing and Iwe can't thank everyone enough. Oakwood got us completed in just 8 weeks and managed to save us having to pay the stamp duty! We will definitely be using Oakwood solicitors again. 100% recommended 👌
