Eleanor and the team are fantastic!

I have come to Ote hall in just about every way possible.

A few years ago they were the poor people who had to tell me cat was hit by a car. They were so kind and so gentle with me. They could not have been more respectful of my poor boy.

This Christmas I managed to mess up my AHC for a holiday with my family, they squeezed me in last minute and again, were so incredibly kind.

I now am the incredibly proud owner of a very accident prone cat.

Toby was very friendly and funny, he made a 6am visit to the vet as enjoyable as it can be.

I have been lucky enough to see Eleanor Groves (Ellie) a few times and she is one of the loveliest people. Incredibly kind and did every thing she could to help us save money where possible. A great vet

Please consider very carefully if you…

Please consider very carefully if you want to use this vet. They justify the high prices on their 24 hour service. However when you stand in a consultation on 3 occasions with the vet telling you they are clueless to what condition your animal has, charge just over £900 for treatment with an un diagnose diagnosis, charging for clipping an animals leg when it looked like a 2 year old had been at it with play scissors, sending the animal home after hospitalisation with missing medication, on several occasions with treatment for minor related condition and not treatment for major condition taken in for, not testing samples when you are asked to bring them in and your pet dying without them getting to a diagnosis, without reffering the pet for procedures that could have helped get a diagnosis due to staff absences and then after you notified them the poor little thing had died, being bombarded with emails and texts about worming, vaccinations and other benefits of health checks, causing distress and deep upset. I really would consider twice before I ever recommended or sent any pet or friend to this surgery, so please do as well. They hide behind all their accolades which are not a representation of the actual treatment or service you get.

Oathall I've sent an email 2 weeks ago, got 2 acknowledgements, one from the practice manager and still have got no response to concerns raised in said email, amazes me you can respond publicly to save face, but cause alot of distress and grief privately by ignoring my concerns raised and sent emails telling me to worm and vaccinate my dead pet.

This practice still bombard me over 2 months after I notified them of my dogs death and I had left them, with emails and text messages about birthdays of my dog, Christmas news and itching skin notifications, asking me to nominate for outstanding service and Christmas window. This has gone beyond upsetting and bordering harassment and shows how little they care, not only did my pet suffer, but they are making me suffer still and no response to my original email raising concerns. Stay away from them as all they are interested in is money.

They have gone down hill in the years…

They have gone down hill in the years we have been dealing with . The staff are not at all professional they issued us with a buster comfort collar which would not fit our dog.when I came to pay the I felt ripped of at the price we were charged that I am considering going to the Pdsa in Brighton were we would not be ripped off

Amazing vets

Always had great service from reception team and vets , able to get appointment when needed been using this vets for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else .

I find myself deeply disheartened and…

I find myself deeply disheartened and betrayed by Oathall Vets and their purported "Pet Care Plan" which they have the audacity to tout as simple and convenient.

From the beginning, Oathall Vets tout their Pet Care Plan as a stress-free solution for devoted pet owners. However, what they neglected to disclose is the intricate web of bureaucracy and the glaring lack of transparency that transforms this plan into a convoluted ordeal. Instead of streamlining the process, Oathall Vets appears committed to overcomplicating a simple concept and process.

The convenience they promised feels like a joke. Initially delivering treatments to my doorstep, they abruptly insisted on me visiting the practice for collection. Even when offering to pay upfront for the service instead of monthly, they rejected my proposal. A once simple process into an arduous undertaking, as if Oathall Vets deliberately places hurdles in the path of pet owners before their beloved companions can receive the care they deserve.

Communicating with Oathall Vets regarding the Pet Care Plan is an exercise in frustration. Extracting straightforward answers from their reception staff or Vets feels akin to squeezing water from a stone. My attempts to clarify the plan's terms resulted in more confusion, highlighting their preference for making the process an inconvenience.

My trust in Oathall Vets to provide a straightforward solution for my dog's healthcare needs has been shattered. What I anticipated as a simple resolution has devolved into a tangled mess, turning each vet visit or interaction into a painful headache.

I can no longer, in good conscience, leave his care in the hands of Oathall Vets. Their blatant disregard for transparency and the intentional obstacles in securing basic services leave me with no option but to seek veterinary care elsewhere. Numerous practices exist that understand the profound importance of convenience, simplicity, and authentic care for our furry companions. I implore fellow pet owners to think twice before succumbing to the deceptive allure of Oathall Vets' Pet Care Plan and to choose a veterinary provider that values both you and your pet beyond mere financial transactions.
