Stole my charger
I had them ship my ipad back to me and they did not send it back with my charging brick. I emailed them twice with no response. These people are thieves. I want my charger back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! When we receive orders, devices are separated from any packaging or accessories, then labeled and sent to inspection. Since accessories and packaging are not required to sell used devices, we kindly ask that they not be included. For this reason, we don’t keep them on file, and they will not be returned if a device is sent back. This policy is also noted on our FAQ page.
We do our best to respond to all emails within 1 business day (please note we’re closed on weekends).

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your device was tested using the Phone Check diagnostic system and then double-checked manually. Unfortunately, the GPS did not pass either test. Because of this, the device didn’t qualify for our Good Condition category, since functionality issues like this place it under the Broken Condition category on our website.
