THEY ARE SCAMMERS after they charged my credit card in 2 months they said the product is out of stock and refused to return my money. Paypal should stop doing business with them.BE AWARE THAT they go under different names Home curtains, Curtain market or even ogotobuy or even Bigmum I will report to Interpol and Chinese police.

I ordered curtains from curtainsmarket.com they also do business as ogotobuy....within hours they reached out to me and asked which style curtains that I wanted because the picture of the curtains I paid for showed 3 different styles. I realized immediately that I wasn’t dealing with a professional company due to the misrepresentation of the picture they posted. I’ve told them and email them totaling 7 times to cancel and refund my money back to my card. They have insisted on me doing business with them although it was made very clear multiple time that I’m not interested. Fast forward... they took the money anyway and I cannot contact them. Do not do business with this company!!!

This is a company in China, They do not want to give you what you ordered, they want to give you what they have in stock. They keep sending me emails asking me " is this color of curtains ok? we will send it if you agree?" I keep telling them no just give me my money back if you don't have what I ordered. There is no tracking # because it has never been shipped. I have little proof that I paid them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

They actually sent light fixtures, but both were damaged and they will not replace or refund. What a rip off!!!

Do not buy here.
The height is shorter than I ordered.
They never reply for your return or exchange request.

Keep your money for a real purchase. This company, which apparently has a few different names, emails phony USPS tracking/shipping numbers and a bogus "complaint desk" phone number. They are not to be trusted. Paypal and the US postal service are investigating them. They should have known NOT to mess with an agency of the federal government. I'm out the $340, it's true, but hopefully, if you heed these warnings, they'll be out a whole lot more than that.

Trying to buy a ceiling light and they have not provided any shipping details in over 2 weeks. An extremely frustrating experience.

We ordered curtains from them they withdrew the money out of my account and then claimed that they no longer had that curtain in stock promised me a refund never received one can't contact anybody and they keep telling me 10 to 15 days well it's been over 2 months now with no refund and they really don't plan on giving me a refund they keep trying to tell me to pick out different curtains save yourself the trouble by from someone else

I absolutely love the curtains I purchased! The customer service was helpful. I was skeptical to buy curtains from here because they are custom made, but the quality exceeded my expectations! The fabric is not flimsy or cheap. I would recommend ordering like 3 inches shorter than what you need though, because my curtains were very long. But I have zero complaints! I received my order within two weeks to New York. Dont let bad reviews of this company fool you, they are legitimate and very polite and prompt!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Very poor quality. Not only did the drapes they sent me not match the design or style I ordered the panels were 2 different widths. When I contacted them about the problems and emailed the requested photos they said they would immediately take care of this. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! They wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. I had to open a dispute with PayPal which was settled in my favor.BUT the return shipping that was I required to pay was $70.00. No matter what my loss! What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!

I ordered three sets of curtains from this company. Two sets of curtains were directly ordered from their standard sizes of 84"L. The third set of curtains needed a small alteration in the width. When the curtains arrived they were all 166" L. They charged me $988 for all that extra length and now I have 14'L curtains which are absolutely useless to me. After many e.mails they refuse to admit they made a mistake and will do nothing about it. They said I could order another set at the right size and they might give me a discount. I would have to be mad.

Despite claims that are made on the website regarding methods of payment ranging from Amex to Paypal, drop down menu does not have anything of the kind. While I was trying to pay with Visa, I was redirected to a very suspicious-looking third party website where I bolted and canned the whole thing. Got a garbled message on my answering machine urging me to go ahead with payment. I requested a Paypal invoice from them 3 times in writing. They urged me to pay via Western Union or direct bank transfer. Yeah, right! Their customer service emails come from a gmail account. Also, FAQ claim that if your order is over $75, you get free postage, not true either. There are plenty honest to god websites that will sell you curtains from China, use them.
