Poor customer service
Hello I have been waiting for an order for over a week despite paying for next day delivery. I have emailed OHS 3 times and messaged them on Instagram but had no reply. Yodel have told me they cannot find my parcel and to contact OHS. I’m not sure what else can do about getting a refund. I’m very frustrated as it’s a £60 order!
Rubbish
Very disappointed with item that isn't fully working and as I ordered online for a reason as I work and Iam very busy I was told to print a label to return to receive a refund in 3 weeks Iam sorry but I don't have a printer and I certainly don't have time to run to the shop to post it back and having to wait 3 weeks for a refund is a disgrace the item is not working as it should and customer service is absolutely rubbish
Induction Installation Odense
Henrik was very easy to deal with. I called him in the afternoon and he came the next day to install my induction stove. Nice guy

If I could give a Zero Rating I would!!! Don’t touch with a barge pole, ordered 2 egg chairs £ 110 each one was fab n looked great me had issues as in a fd cushion n marks n missing paint areas!!! So finally found contact details n messaged too days for a reply n only replied after I’d commented on one of their fb adverts , someone called Megan who is apparently a supervisor said we can send a replacement if you take it apart and re package! I’m disabled so told her this would be near impossible and could they not just send new cushion n seat part! I was constantly waiting for replies and having to comment on their fb advert posts!!! Anyway they sent. Cushion when I opened it was waaaay to big wrong colour and totally different material!!! So again. Messaged this Megan, who finally replied “ after speaking with supplier cushion will be slightly different colour and material but is it causing you any distress!! Like omg seriously!!! So she then messaged saying they would issue me a refund and to let them know this was ok… She then Blocked me on messanger on the fb group ect and also on their email… disgusting treatment and un professional behaviour I’ve now sent all correspondence to Martin Lewis for advice I’m disgusted at the way they have treated me I’m disabled and this isn’t how you treat a customer!!! Stay Away from the company!!!

Well let's hope normal service resumes all of our items are of a very good quality but last few items arriving very late but over all I'll keep using ohs because there a very well priced company on this one occasion the service was bad
Firstly reassures we're miss leading
Firstly meassurements were miss leading. Then delivery driver delivered to wrong address and customer service were unhelpful as driver refused to collect and re deliver. As I have a small baby and a single parent it was not easy to carry items. Then when I wanted to return because wrong size they said I'd have to pay to return. Once I decided to keep opened and both items broken. Absolutely the worst service I've ever used.

I have been waiting for my parcel since 13/02/2024 Each time it’s been sent back Because they say the address is not right I have been onto my account and checked my account and my address is correct I have even emailed them my address You can’t speak to anyone All you get is a automated email Not good service

Excellent Blackout Curtains it's a shame there's a few bad reviews but based on my experience these curtains I purchased are absolutely wonderful, good quality, a perfect fit and so cheap and to top it all an extremely quick delivery...Thankyou OHS I'll definitely be ordering more....

Spent over £200… paid for next day delivery and still not arrived… trued calling and nothing… please don’t tell me it’s a danish company that deal with white goods as I ordered curtains etc… will be demanding my money back tomorrow

Really poor company ordered some items one being a large dog bed received a small dog bed so company sent a return slip that's great you think o no I emailed them to see if they have the large dog bed in stock they replied yes we do I said if I order 2 large dog beds I will receive the correct item o yes no problems they replied so ordered 2 more and I even emailed them with the new order to ask please please check before posting.turns up 3 days later I thought great but no no 2 small dog beds was sent again never again they need to go to spec savers or someone who knows the difference between small and large

I actually come on to praise them,Ordered before and had a issue which was finally resolved, Thought I would try again placed 3 orders at different times and all have arrived quickly and no missing items,So thank you all,Really pleased with my items as well.

must of got lucky as i got my order within 3 days. the order was all correct and ran into no problems whatsoever...

Trying to return item, you have to inform them, they have not responded, I've filled form out twice.
