I've been using this app since the last quarter of 2023 and it never failed me until today. The platform is user friendly & it's easy to navigate. They show only 1-3 different odds in a particular field so it doesn't really confuse me on which odd I think for me is winnable. Winnings are automatically credited to my platforms balance. I've tried other platforms as well and there is this 1 particular thing I have noticed that only a basketball fan would understand... Okbet is the only platform that displays the "seconds timer" on their remaining time. Having this feature gives me the opportunity to calculate weather to put or not put additional bets specially if I think my initial bets ain't gonna make it due to it's game remaining time. Of course, nobody is perfect. I also have my fair share of complaints regarding things I think sometimes its unfair on my part at times. The first time they are not allowing me to withdraw part of my balance after a deposit. So I rushed to Costumer Service and hit them with 3 exclamation points at the end of my typed written complaint. So CS explained to me in a nice and subtle way that I cannot withdraw my money until I meet the number of wins of what I have deposited in their platform. That is a PAGCOR rules in connection with anti money laundering law. Who wants to GO BACK to jail anyway? All I want is to enjoy what I have missed the last 18 years. haha... Anyway, I would still recomend OKBet online betting platform to all gambling afficionado specially to those who are a fan of basketball. 🇵🇭❤️🏀

This site is too unfair with their costumers. I cash in for 10 thousand pesos and lost a total of 6 thousand. First is you get to access it through the gcash app, then you get to play. when you try to withdraw your winings, it says you need to get verified. after submitting rewuirements, you will need to wait for a freakin' 24 hours. Who does verification before letting the customer play?

Second , customer support is just frustrating. I am not recommending this app, eats up your time, no empathy to the customer, apologetic customer support but no action done!

I opened account last 19 May 2023 deposited $500 I place bet and won and lost bets too. I end up total deposit $1250 but I have winnings too total balance $2700. On 22nd May 2023 they deactivated my account and asked me to provide payslips source of income and bank statements.
I provided everything they still hold my account because my ip address is generated from different states. Which I used only my mobile phone Optus provided here in Australia.
I emailed filled up formal complaint to Victoria License Gaming Commission. Until now my money was on hold. Keep away with this Okebet Booker if you dont want inconvenience what ive experienced.

Such a waste. May deposit/cash in pero di pwede withdrawal/cash out. How did they got accreditation from pagcor and gcash app? I will never play this app again.
